Legal to grow and possess illegal to sell

There is no way in hell I would let my stuff go for 2 dollars a gram. I have more time and investment in it than that and i think most indoor growers would agree with me. That would be basically 56 dollars an OUNCE. You seriously think people are going to be selling indoor kush for 60 bucks an ounce?
Yes
And it doesn't matter under full legalization anyways. Phillip Morris would lobby the market closed with new laws and be selling weed 2x as potent and half the price of whatever you grew anyways

Not a chance in hell bro. Not a chance in hell. Who the hell would be willing to GROW indoors for 60 bucks an ounce? No one.
That is the height of stupidity it costs that much to grow basically.

I tell you what though, I am willing to make a 5 year bet with you.
1000 dollars says that in 5 years there will be no kush at the dispensary for 2 dollars a gram.

Forceable coercion. Seems as though you endorse it.
I was bored and miss the Shitinator. I've been slapping the third string guy around a good bit of the day (Chesus the Prohibitionist) and thought a shit joke would have ol' Poopy Pants come a running, but he's probably out tending his lame garden or something.

So you need too much government to ensure there won't be too much government ?

Why that's brilliant, no wait, it's stupid.

Now you are simply lying
Nope. What others do with their property or their body may not be endorsed by me, but that doesn't mean I think they have no right to control their own property or their body.

So, there's no lie, but there is respect for other people to determine their own path, even when I would not do the same things with my property or my body.

You sure are anxious to land a jab, but you are flailing away wildly and hitting air, Prohibitionist.

Maybe even cheaper.

It's a little unusual, but on the price drop thing I'd have to agree with Chesus. I do not agree with his Prohibition plan though.

Eventually pot prices in a truly free market should drop substantially. A truly free market brings value to the consumer, part of that value is a proliferation of suppliers. Increased supply and competition means better pricing, and more innovative methods and products.

A protected market, regulated, prohibition infused etc. brings value to the protected class of people and abuses freedom of choice.

Making it commercial means regulating it beyond your ability to grow and sell it.

And the legislation I propose Legal to grow and possess illegal to sell is a much more palatable option in states where it is illegal for any possession.
Afraid of commercial take overs?

So why not just remove government from the equation and get rid of the protectionism that a corporation provides to unscrupulous individuals that want to use government to aid them in lining their own pockets? ...........

....oh wait a minute that's what YOU want to do, use the government stick to ensure prices remain high and the consumer is punished to the benefit of the protected class, IF you are the protected class....very hypocritical of you, Prohibitionist.

I can swing 2, 1000 dollar bets. In 5 years, I will walk into the dispensary of my choice. If I can get top-shelf kush for 2 dollars a gram I will pay you 1000 dollars. If I cannot, you pay me 1000 dollars.

Shit, in 5 years it will cost you 15 bucks an hour just to get someone to TRIM your indoor buds and you think people are going to be selling OG for 60 bucks an ounce...

Maybe by then everyone will be using solar panels and getting 100% free electricity as well.

Full legalization would mean the end to "dispensarys"

Buy your weed at the local liquor store or gas station

Mechanization and Hybrid crops with high bud to leaf ratios will eliminate the need for trimmers

I can't predict the future, due to the intervention or probable intervention of government, but thanks for the offer to bet.

I should remind you of the context of my claim. To be clear, I was saying IF the market is freed, prices will drop. I don't mean half ass freed like many of the legislative initiatives nowadays which are designed to use laws to protect favored people who suck up to government or pay some extortion to them. I mean FREED.

You do understand that it's Prohibition / government that created the high cost of weed in the first place ?

I already have solar panels and have for years. They meet my needs.

Government intervention paid the research into solar panels
Government intervention made them cheaper to own
Government intervention put your racist molesting ass in an institution to protect our children
and rightfully so

Three strikes and you never even got the bat off your shoulder. Work on that swing or have a seat on the bench slugger.

Solar panels would exist without government intervention. Regulation stifles innovation.

Government intervention has protected domestic cronies to the detriment of the consumer. Just a minute ago you were arguing that, when you stated prices will drop when prohibition ends.

I'm not a racist or molester, nor am I a Prohibitionist, but one of us is....that would be you.

YOU SAY A CHILD OF 13 CAN CONSENT TO SEX WITH AN ADULT
YOU SAY A BUSINESS OWNER SHOULD BE ABLE TO DISCRIMINATE BASED ON SKIN COLOR
IN MY STATE POSSESSION OF ANYKIND WILL CAN RESULT IN PRISON I ADVOCATE LEGAL TO POSSESS AND GROW ILLEGAL TO SELL

YOU ARE A CHILD MOLESTER AND A RACIST. AND ALL AROUND DUMB MOTHER FUCKER

Well dear boy, let it all out. Would you like a tissue?

No, I have a great relationship with my elderly mom but we aren't as intimate as you have indicated. Also, I'm thinking by the standard ways of measuring intelligence, I'm not a dumb person either.

You seem unable to explain why you want to enact protectionist laws and can't just embrace letting free people make their own choices. Does my reminding you of your prohibitionist mindset upset you, Prohibitionist? I can forgive you, if you just admit you wanted to enact a law that forced people to pay higher prices for a naturally occurring plant.

No. In all instances where solar energy research and development has been initiated, government was in some form, the backbone.

The internet. Government "intervention".
Nuclear energy. Government "intervention".
Logistics [at a national level]. Government "intervention".

Would these things eventually have happened without government intervention, sure, but would it have happened as quickly?

Wtf are you even talking about. Plenty of double talk and chasing tails from you today.

In one breath you complain about gov, protections and corporations. And yet here you are talking about a free market. That very same free market that helped create the nasty rich people and corporations you're talking about.

Do you even know what you're talking about?

Earlier today you cry about laws changing and makes claims of slavery only to create a thread within hours crying about incarceration levels.

This is beyond stupidity already. You clearly have no clue what you're talking about nor have a grasp upon how the world actually operates.

You're hung up on slavery, and try to correlate living a lawful life to being a slave.
I've read a bunch on this site and now I'm really starting to wonder how much that's said about you is true and the lawless life you aspire to live.

Rage on.

I'll overlook your rudeness and ignorance.for the time being. I absolutely know what i'm talking about.

You have confused a free market with a crony capitalist market. The rest of your post is somewhat out of context and nonsensical.

I not only aspire to live a peaceful life, I do it. Try the National Enquirer for your news, they have better stories about Elvis and often discuss Bigfoot and Aliens, lots of pictures too.

Also, you're partially correct, I'm hung up on ending slavery, not renaming it or ignoring it when it occurs in a "kinder gentler" version.

I recommend you smoke a fattie and chill, but that's up to you.
