With MJ wrongfully on the Feds Class I Narcotics lists and clearly denied basic rights and protections under the Constitution, I'd argue that the government has no right to turn around and collect taxes from same. In a contract/tort situation they clearly fail to provide any consideration for any such payments. One may consider their systematic and "just" unconstitutional seizure of ones property and freedom as taking (with force) beyond their "fair share" :bigjoint:

Agreed that the conflict of Federal law and state law is a problem.
Nonetheless the old render on to Ceaser will apply at least at the state level. Plus lets be honest, if you are following the rules more likely than not the feds have no interest in you. Taxes are a part of a civilized society which will apply to those who wish to make money at the commercial level.

Getting so out of touch with bureaucratic classifications/bigotry and wrongfully justifying use of force is exactly why nearly every empire in history has fallen. MJ/hemp policy, law, enforcement and prosecution in this country is by no means civil.
