Cobs and HID is not recommended in small spaces. Go with a quantum board. They are not only more efficient but because of the spread out design, they dont create hot spots and give you more headroom.

Not really looking to buy more lights. Trying to use what I already have and don’t use.

Those 100watt cobs I get 600ppfd @ 16”. The outter edge of a 2x2 I get 400-450ppfd.
those are pretty solid veg numbers from what I’ve read.
Should be able to veg 2.5-3 ft plants. But those are a little too big for my 3x3 flower tent
