here’s what I’m dealing with atm. It seems the purple stems have gone away since I’ve bumped up my dosage through the roof but the tip burn is still coming through on new leaves

It sounds to me like you are doing things right or close to it.

Your ppm have a slow rise, you may be running one click too rich.

The one change I would suggest is more Ca less Mg. 250 g gypsum and 150 g Epsom.
I’ll try changing those dosages on my next run then cheers. If your using these two compounds I’ll stick with it and try again rather than using this calmag as I’d rather stick to cheap bulk powders I can buy

The Ca EDTA is something I’m currently studying. But I’ve had solid results with those two salts.

Thanks bud that calcium edta powder looks good.
Trying to find a copy of the label to work out how many g of calcium per g of powder but can’t find it. You have it?
You know what mate I just add in enough to bring my EC up by 0.1 or 0.2 and then some epsoms to do the same, then add in my base. You won't go wrong doing that.

5.9ph

tuesday 27th Oct 11pm

I seem to have been fighting this issue for what seems like over a year now. My buds harvest with decent quality and decent yield but this is definitely holding me back.

I never read this before I replied.

How long have you been using megacrop and have you always added the cal and mag by default?

If I was you I'd drop both. Megacrop's listed as 9-6-17 +7ca +3Mg

That's heavy Ca and Mg already bud. There's no need to add more.

You could be right tho based on the table above calcium tox causes pot def and the issue I have may be calcium lockout/ pot def? Old nute lines I had the same issue though so assumed I needed more ca mg
