What going on folks , in need of a little advice here regarding the curing process..

just finished cutting and trimming some branches I had drying for around 9-10 days and after applying them into 32oz mason jars (filled 3/4) along with 62%Bovedas, my hydrometer is still hovering around the 45-47% range .. any cause for concern or should I wait thing out a few more days?

First have you tried another hydrometer to verify? If it is dry you can either dampen a paper towel with DISTILLED water, or an orange peal placed inside the jar with the bud. Put something in-between the bud and damp item, piece of cardboard etc so they don't touch. Only leave for 2 or max 3 days so it doesn't mold.

Put a boveda in an empty jar with the hygrometer to see if its accurate first. I put a damp piece of paper towel over the top of the jar and screw the lid over it. A few hours should be fine dont let it rehydrate too much or it takes some of the smell away. Get it to around 55 and youll be good. I don't like using bovedas.

Appreciate the advice - going to go ahead and try that out

Or ...... if you are growing more plaNts pull a large fan leaf and shove in jar.

Check boveda pack to make sure it feels pliable ....
If you have another hygrometer throw it together with suspect one and compare readings in jar ( with or without boveda ).

It dosent matter what jar humidity is as long as weed is dry and stays dry in the jar.

Before boveda none of this stuff mattered now you feel it has to be 62% exactly or something which dosent account for equalization of bud with air.

Drier bud dosent equalize to 50/60 but 40%. Just science no big deal still dank ass bud not ruined because it wasnt at some arbitrary point.

Someoday boveda will put down the broscience manual :-)
