lowryder grow first

I count this as my first grow since my last grow the 4 seedlings died at the first leaf set. but this is 19 lowryders and one bagseed. the bagseed is super purple! im really stoked about it. hope its a girl! now ive seen other people talk about their lowryders and they have shown sex at like 6-8 inches! mine are ten and counting and no sex yet! wtf?! am I just growing too well? lol

lights are 1 70 watt hps and 2 150 watt hps and 2 43 watt cfl's. on 18/6 and using foxfarm nutes at full strength watering every 2 days. (for now) room varies from 40% to 60% humidity and 60ish deg. at night to a steady 80 during the day. And sometimes I blow a CO2 catridge in there. how are they looking? about 4 weeks old.

I have also super cropped about 3 of them. and LST'd 2 of them [(doing awesome!) I can really see the benefit of it!] and just bent the top of one out of the way so the lower buds get some light.

so when should I expect to see some flowering!?

bump. still no signs of sex. this is annoying. I can't let them get too much bigger without showing sex cause they are so crowded! I need to weed out the males to let the ladies stretch out! has anyone even grown lowryder#1 before? what if I got shit seeds or something? what if they just don't auto-flower? I'll wait about a week more but longer than that....

I grew LR2 last winter... your plants look great. Unfortunately, I ended up with 2 out of ten being females ( I was pissed ).
All I can say is the females showed sex later than the males, at just about where your at... 4 weeks. Secondly i ran my lights 24/7. Did alot of forum cruising and most agreed that was the best way to go.
Q. Where did you get the beans. Mine were from Joint Doctor.

well actually I have only one timer! I had two but since I took the 20 cfl's out of the closet I can use one house circuit again. I was afraid of running 4 ballasts, a couple cfl's, a fan, a humidifyer, and some home depot inline fans all on one house circuit.

but now I just run everything off of a power strip with a timer on it. and the ballasts are on one plug running into a box that is ventilated. check it out! the air coming into my room is pretty warm. great for these cold winter nights!

hahahah holy shit i am a dumbass. i have spent weeks trying to line up my t5 and my hps because there on two different timers. i could never get it down to the minute. one timer and a powerstrip, jesus, ive been more closeminded than a mormon

im seeing cooltubs correct? what type of glass tube did you use? ive been thinking about building one, since i cant find anyone to cut a piece of tempered glass...
