No light change & it's flowering?
How old is the plant & when did this start.
And it's not an auto?
Theoretically, that's impossible unless it is an auto
Very weird

Could have some Mediterranean heritage somewhere in its lineage if it is flowering without a reduction in photoperiod. Some breeders use strains such as Meroccan Beldia to induce semi autoflowering/fast finishing traits to a strain. Had a breeder that used some in a purple punch cross and a few would start to flower at 18/6 while the majority didn't.

There is no missing a male bud, you will know it when you see one. Here are some of my current male plants and as you can see, they are very easy to spot.20220407_224042 (1).jpg20220415_205259 (1).jpg20220415_205303.jpg

I've had Moroccan Ketama and Egyptian Sinai strains start flowering under 18/6.
