No, they fit the definition and it is a well-studied topic, the term has been applied to Maga republicans by experts in the field and the legal community. There is actually a checklist and the republicans have ticked off every item, so it's not a matter of opinion and both sides are not the same. One side are patriots who support the constitution and rule of law, the MAGA republicans want to destroy this and thus define themselves as domestic enemies of the constitution. Patriots take an oath to destroy such people, and if that means you so be it.
