Mars 600 True watt 278w - Straight Up!

For a First Time Grower growing 2-3 plants will a person using common sense yield an enjoyable harvest with 1 or 2 of these lights..?
We aren't talking about a world record breaking grow... As long as your not gonna have to smoke 10 cones and want more......
Do these lights produce a half decent smoke ????

i had that exact same light, my results with shitty dispensary genetics were ok. i had 2 plants in 3gal pots, i used to scrog method to best use the lights potential. got 105g dry im sure if the genetics were right, the bud would have been much better.

I'm currently growing under the Mars reflector 96*5. It's powerful and we'll find out how well they do. Follow my journal if your curious.

That looks like so much more than 105 grams... I harvested a Grandaddy White a while ago and got 140g dry even though I didn't use LST or SCRoG or anything, 7 liter plastic pot and 315w CDM, you can fit about 4 of the 100+g plants under one CDM so I just don't see the point of those Mars lights, you'll only save a couple of hundred bucks with them.

that photo is right after i chopped i weighed 105g after drying. and "a couple hundred dollars" can be a lot to some people.

Might mix it up and put a Populargrow 400w COB for AU$324 on eBay with the mars 300.. Doesn't seem to be much variety in the way of COB here in Aus. Gonna keep looking...

Found em in Australia $599 432w Spider COB the cheapest.. Only 3 to choose from.. That's a bit out of my price range atm.

havent used that one, but i have a ton of the 300w ones. on 3 different occasion with different strains under only 1 of my lights, i have pulled no less that 5oz.

PopularGrow are complete crap. My "400w" model broke in under a month, they put out more heat than light. Do not waste your money on them, even if they have a slightly different spectrum than other chinese LED panels.

Do you mean mars 300 or COB ? I'm guessing COB ....

straight up 300. never ran cob. before i got mine, all i heard was shit reviews and people bashing mars. to each their own. its not the only light source i have, but i do love them. however i think the mars reflector series (green ones with silver reflector) are shit. i have 2 150w ones and the only thing they are good for is for moms. but i love my 300's. i'll be buying more for side lights or whatnot
