So I just bought an FCE-3000 last week direct from Marshydro Canada. Was already 13% off, added another couple %'s with rollitupcode.
History : I bought one approx a year ago, and returned it, the driver/controller was faulty. It was some deal at the time, I paid $364.00 through Amazon.ca.
This new one, direct from MarsHydro Canada came to $310.40, and free shipping as well.
It took a week to ship, and their site said FedEx, but it came UPS, instead of dealing with the waiting game and porch pirates, I got it delivered to a UPS store pickup point.
First thing I noticed was it actually had all the accessories. 2nd the driver is a meanwell, not a muso, has a marshydro label on it, and it's smooth (the muso 'stepped' through intensity) and giving the watts as advertised.
The entire build quality seems to be much much better as well. The driver/controller assembly is new and improved and fully made of plastic instead of aluminum. The dial is no longer just min/max but can now be turned off via the dial.
The light bars themselves are different too, higher quality, smaller bars, not the same chip layout as the one I got last year, and it's way more white than yellow.

These are from seed, from my outdoor girls last year, which never fully finished, but were fully seeded my a male Hash Passion. Seeds were kept in fridge for about 9 months.
