Damn. I’m getting the mf2000 or pb2000 ordered on payday. I’ll pull the trigger on payday on which light. More than likely the pb2000 because I’m digging the pb1000 so far. They got 5x5 and mf2000 for 279usd.
I want that. But different tent and the pb2000 lmfao.

For me I like the mf series. Lm301bs sosen driver. The pb is good but I dont think it's dimmable. My pb1000 is not. Still gives good light but mf is better imo

My pb1000 is.. It’s a remote control So you lose that remote. Dim feature gone. The new 2000 are as well I believe. And it’s dim feature is 10-20-30-40-50…%etc. The MF2000s draw 230 out the wall too I think. And pb2000 is 200? That’s the only reason you got the MF series?

The pb use the lm281bs and the mf series uses lm301b's. In a lower wattage light the extra push from the lm301b diodes makes a diff. They're just all around a better diode.
It's funny some of the newer boards have mean well drivers but still not the high end meanwells which end up being about the same failure rate as the sosen drivers they use on the other boards. So either way the driver doesn't matter that it's a meanwell or not. Personally I own 4 mf1500 and one pb1000 and I've had 0 issues with any of them.
