Section 4 — Legalizes limited possession, sharing, and home cultivation for adults (contingent on voter approval, effective July 1, 2023)
  • Starting on July 1, 2023, a person who is 21 or older could possess and cultivate a personal-use amount of cannabis, defined as:
    • 1.5 ounces of cannabis
    • 12 grams of cannabis concentrates
    • cannabis products containing no more than 750 milligrams of THC
      • For individuals who are under 21, possession of 1.5 ounces or less would be punishable by a civil fine of up to $100.
Kinda hard core, really, jeeze. But at least now they can go to the store and buy a bunch of corporatized,
quantity-not-quality, too dry, or too wet, harsh, no-high, gag weed, like i've been doing for 5 years now.

Don’t be a hater dude, having the ability to grow some legally instead of none is a winner we will take what we can get. Don’t really care about the dispensaries but it nice for those that can’t grow.

when i looked up the whole bill youre allowed 2 plants per household, and everything i was finding didnt answer it. and for someone whose living in the state, especially one who is excited about it at that. a simple answer would of been sufficient besides making ya look douchey when you just say didnt read it or not understand it. like for example in my state youre allowed 12 plants total a housee hold but when googled says adults 21 and over can grow 12 plants at there residence.

That would be 2 plants per person per house hold, their is also discussion about how they are going to deal with people that grow as it was noted that most plants yields about 8 to 24 ounces so how can you grow and stay under that 1.5 ounces rule. I to live in MD. You need to listen to the talks on the internet being held by the senators and congress men about the subject. I can’t find the link but if you look you will find it.

Yeah I agree it is very vague and you are right, but again is it wet weight or dry weight. When it comes to them unfortunately they make the rules and again they are not clear especially when they acknowledged that a plant can produce 8 to 24 ounces. I wish I could find the discussion where they were talking about that very question how can they regulate the unknown as to what each plant will produce. Can’t have it both ways if we are trying to be legal cause don’t want no hassles from the man, just want to smoke and grow free weed!
