Possesion in Cincinnati is a 4th degree misdemeanor, it can keep you from any government loan, a job, if you're in school you'll loose your loans, etc. Reason: Crime, it has a 1 year expiration, and was reinstated a few months ago after public outcry, and no proof of a drop in crime. That's why I don't live in Cincinnati, it's the only city in the state where it's re-criminalized, they brought back legislation to the McCarthy era.

It's just a plant :leaf:

And it happens to be native to the Ohio valley, from Pittsburgh to the Mississippi.

I'd love to get ahold of one of those purple strains. The one with the purple buds, not just purple leaves. Such pretty plants. I want to try some of that juicyfruit people talk about too, sounds good.

i only wish laws werent what they are. i have sole custody of my little girl so i dont cross the misdemeanor mark of 5 plants for fear of losing her if somthing terrible happens. i wish i could grow 200 not even to make money, i sure dont need that much weed, but working in my garden is just as theraputic as enjoying its product.

i just loaded pics of my setup, im gonna start a proper journal right now!

That's why I waited until my kids were adults before I started growing. Didn't want to risk them.

It irritates me that "lawmakers" want to take peoples kids away for gardening, that what it is, it's freaking gardening.

not only is it just gardening, but its gardening that keeps us from having to associate with real criminals and possibly commiting real crime. my atty says with just a misdemeanor id more than likely keep my house and kid too.

from the Northwest, but i'm in school down in oxford.
anyone from the area?

i know cinci, is close but everything seems to be expensive from the nasty nati.

however, the whole reason i ended up on this form was cause i started smoking the Lemon G last weekend. and was lookin at getting a little more.

Good weed is abundant at Miami University, in Oxford, which I assume is where you live.

Welcome to ohio!

The nati isn't nasty...

Hey SilkWill, I live in a state that goes by numbers like that too, but do they weigh the plants where you are? I mean 5 plants or even one big one weighed wet and all could be heavy.

I'm just curious because normal is pretty vague in their description of this in my state.

As far as numbers are concerned, it's usually a weight issue. Cops way overestimate the "street value" it's common to see a 400W bust with a bunch of dead plants in dixie cups read "million dollar bust"

Your only worry is if you have enough cash to afford a lawyer, they can get you outta anything for the right price.

yeah, an aquantince of mine got popped w/plants that would have been about 15-20 lbs outdoor and said it was like 200K worth...
