Good ole mexican sativa/indica cross. I tested and tested and tested some more on good bagseed and finally found a strain that produces quite well and can handle all kinds of stressful situations. I have about 100 beans put up for a rainy day.
That plant was grown under a 150w hps with 3 55W 2700K cfl's in the back and 2 43W 2700K cfls in the front. I yielded 2 oz from her. Spicy and earthy was the taste, any time I blew the smoke through my nose I went into a sneezing fit for like 20 minutes lol.

I use mg garden soil and mg peat moss. 1 bag each per hole w/ the remainder filled in w/ native soil. I started using mg tomato food 
18-18-21 after they'd been in the ground about a month, then switched to mg bloom boost

Now I refuse to buy any more from any dealer, I have had so many issues finding a reliable and honest supplier ( yes they do exist ) since my boy quit selling

I use MG nutes but not the soil. The nutes really promote vigorous growth with strong stems and thick foliage. I also foliar feed with it during veg. Fuck what anybody says about MG. I'm ballin' on a budget haha.

MG all purpose soil, MG all purpose nutes for veg, MG bloom for flower, however i must say if u can get somthing better than MG do it, but MG can certainly get the job done if needed

Most ppl use it cause it's what's available and it works.
In the link in an above post (to an article about Scott's Miracle-Gro announcing that they're gonna start targeting the mmj audience)
one reason mg suits were thinking about mmj growers is cause they'd seen news footage of dispensary busts that showed the grow rooms w/ mg in it.
But I thought 'that's true, even some of the commercial grow rooms are using it, so it can't be that fuckin bad'.

I do know someone who used it and had decent results. Honestly probably only got half of what he could have gotten and it did leave a different taste to the bud, but it did work. I would only use it in a pinch though.

Half of what he could have gotten? Wait....what? That was most likely due to his improper care or other factors. MG gives you some big ass buds dude. The harshness and the taste of the smoke is the biggest difference from what I hear. And a pinch? Yeah right, my plants eat MG up like fuckin scooby snacks bro.

Cant say ive had any problems when i used MG in the past,Its good shit,but i went to FFOF,and i am hooked,Mg is excellent for budget grows though.
