No problem. I live in another part of the country now where every other field is a mushroom field pretty much, sweet!
So Lord F$%kface can stick his 'shrooms up his arse/ass...where they should grow even better in the dark, and he can "own" them even better.
Haha!

I support Mandala, at least they're trying to do what they can to fight against abused genetics. I love heritage plants in my garden, and I feel like they breed the closest thing to that.

Just read this on Dutch Passion's site;

"...The first people I expect to create GM cannabis are the pharmaceutical companies, they have the cash to make it happen. They are on the crest of a wave as medical marijuana begins to enter mainstream medicine. At the moment this market has an annual value worth just tens of €millions but this market will grow exponentially, in a few years I expect the pharmaceutical market for cannabis medicines will be worth literally €billions as cannabis starts finding its way into mainstream treatment for pain relief, MS, epilepsy, sleep problems, depression, cancer treatment etc etc. GM cannabis could be created to grow into large ‘tree’ style plants that may be able to yield insane harvest quantities perhaps over several years. The mind boggles..."

I hadn't given this much thought until now.
I think we owe it to the Herb to stock plenty of seed, especially the landraces. It's not too much of a stretch of the imagination to see a time when seeds are hard to get anywhere, just because those Monsanto C&^tF*&ks seem to think they own it.
In the future we may be getting bust for copyright infringement! WTbloodyF?

If anyone needs extra motivation to vote then please read this post that the poll thread received yesterday:

I can tell you absolutely that this conspiracy conjecture IS true--

after having lived deep within the cannabis culture in Mendocino for years....Monsanto has ALL the patents and turpenes patented within cannabis--

they have a 'kill' gene cannabis plant that will effectively wipe out any outdoor cannabis growing and cross pollinate with their genetically modified version--thus giving them ownership rights like they pulled on Percy schmeiser in Canada
they are going to follow the path they took with corn--
it is common knowledge in and around mendo and some of these UC folks used to come around talking about it --a lot of them enjoy erb too

i also have a very close friend who's brother is a very high profile and at the top of his field Dr. that told us about the meetings he was privileged to in Colorado where the tax and regulate folks were networking on strategies and Monsanto was bringing the donuts to the meetings---he thought it was funny when he told us and he is a closet 'head'

monsanto is definately at the top of the nefarious corporations list and an extreme threat to humanity and our existence with their control of our food and food supplies---

if you think GMO is good look at how Russia 'banned' it and Europe now made it mandatory to label it and India is now in a huge battle over gmo food as most of the country is vegetarian

GMO food has excito toxins and neuro toxins in it and is the reason the average IQ has went from 120 in the 70s to below 100 now
the dumbing down of the population

i mean would you spray round up on your salad and then eat it? or on your cannabis and then smoke it?

keep drinking soda with GMO corn syrup or your fast foods that areuthanasia for the masses--
most of the sugar beets that we use to extract sugar for most of the food we it is GMO--

what floors me is all the people that still believe this is benign and harmless and actually a good thing--

its NWO stuff and with all the facts it ain't no conspiracy--

beware Monsanto !

I only just found out the US government holds/owns patent the cannabis cures

http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PALL&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsrchnum.htm&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1=6630507.PN.&OS=PN/6630507&RS=PN/6630507

It never stops surprising me how any government just can't get it's head around the meanings of "free"...
The fight has evolved, now we are fighting for 'ownership' of the gene pool itself...like springtime for Hitler...

This pig now must fly, but if anyone wants to read my final post and thread conclusions for the poll thread I think its worth checking out. Its scientific ;)
Thanks again to all, the numbers count more than you know<3

But the thread lives on and so does the poll, and with regards to the viability of the poll, originally we had hoped for at least 100 votes for a viable sample of how RIU members generally feel about GE/GM cannabis, but now that 143 have voted this sample can be doubly viable if we can reach 200 votes...so why not give it a shot, who knows what might help make a difference in this weary world.:leaf:

gross! fuck NO. i had no idea those dicks were involved in cannabis seeds, whatsoever. if anybody has a list of breeders anyway associated with monsanto could they post it so i can make sure and never buy ANYTHING from them. ive seen a couple documentaries involving them. in one, this poor old guy thats been seed saving soybean seed for like a hundred years has to have a covert midnight seed saving operation, because its against the law or something. also, if u have a neighbor thats too dumb to properly sex a plant, and leaves a monsanto male out to bloom, which happens to pollinate your girls, youre now breaking the law by possessing their patented genetics, by no fault of your own. (assuming youre growing legally), if not, youre now breaking the law twice. go figure that a pack of right wing douches that probably think that most pot growers/smokers, are low-life scummy dopers (but secretely want to try it themselves), are right in there, trying to stake a claim, all on account of dollar signs$$ booo monsanto boo x 1000 x infinity ps...will they sue me for posting this

Fuck no! Cannabis is for people with cancer! Not for creating cancer, by smoking cannabis!
If anyone has any doubts about Cannabis curing cancer, then please read this thread here at RIU because everything you need to know to heal yourself is there or linked from there<3

https://www.rollitup.org/medical-marijuana-news/607203-anyone-know-if-true-not.html

Our corps run Gov has known this since the mid 70's, their response publicly was to end all research in that direction and replace it with research seeking to find harmful effects etc...now those same corps/gov interests are seeking to own regulate and control the evolution of the plant through patented genetics...federal laws soon to be forthcoming in that respect...best case scenario for Monsanto et al is to manipulate coming fed law to keep all naturally occurring varieties of cannabis in schedule 1 while approving as 'safe' genetically engineered patented varieties through the FDA processes etc...Monsanto et al has exampled with corn and other ops like the temporary testing of order 81 when the USA first occupied Iraq, how they intend to proceed on all fronts...and they know that we are mostly uninformed and unorganized in any response, not to mention a thing called controlled opposition which is always at play when we think we are 'acting' on an issue.

man, im so lividly (is that a word) fuming thinking about crapassface monsanto. like im sure theyve always been against the legalization of mj, up until it suited their wallets. nice morals...theyd sell javex to us as food if there was money to be made off it. actually some of the gmo shit they sell as food now is probably worse than javex. gotta hand it to the fuckers for creating such a full circle market, create the foods that cause the cancer, then patent the genetics on the medicine that treats the cancer. blah monsanto , BLAH!

Let Monsanto improve our pot.. If I like it, I'll steal it.
The more likely scenario is that they would engineer the 'cure' for cancer right out of cannabis if possible and keep it limited to acute applications or strictly symptomatic types of applications because at this point cancer is a 'to big to fail' part of the USA economy.

Fuck monsanto. You are talking about a company that tries to manipulate our food source for profit, then slap patents on that food source so no one else can grow that particular food source unless Monsanto "allows" it. Monsanto has economic hit men that grow around to farms and pressure farmers into growing their GMO seeds. If the farmers don't comply, these Monsanto hit men try to ruin the farmers business. They are evil and greedy.

There is no way to completely know the long term effects of genetically engineered foods on our body. I vote no
I have found that to wield the all powerful Rumsfeld quote of destiny proves your point much like a simple decapitation or like game over in the video game debate version...once wielded not even the top Monsanto et al scientists can argue against the simple fatal truth of it and even Einstein would in all likelihood argue in defense of its simple equation logic with respect to not having all the numbers to the equations of life itself let alone its symbiotic nature as we allow the corps/gov to General Custer forward redesigning and privatizing the gene pool (we all swim in and come from) for profit...the quote of destiny is awesome and should only be used if ready to behead your opponent. Sometimes its useful to draw your opponent out far enough so as to be naked for their beheading...sorry ima soldier...
