Montana says rape ok, Weed, NO, NO, NO!

Seriously, Montana has some of the harshest marijuana related drug laws in the country. Mandatory minimun sentencing, as per dot and 'T', can see a person face between 2 and 40 years for any amount of marijuana.

I wrote an article a while back, and laziness prevents me from attaching the link here, (although all legislative quotes were gathered from NORML), and if I remember correctly, the maximum sentence for ANY amount of pot CAN be a lifetime sentence.

Understanding most peoples conjecture here, "Yes, but no judge would send someone to prison for life just because of small possesion," but this fucked up ruling insinuates otherwise.

How so?

Most people would also say that no judge in his right mind would adjudicate a 60 day prison sentence for INCESTUAL RAPE either.

What a gaggle fuck of judicial quackery.

Fuck you Montana, Fuck you.

What a cockeyed world we live in, where medicine is outlawed, therapists are branded criminals and child rapists are set free.

I'm reminded of one of my favorite quotes, from one of my favorite places, "When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty."

I hope this guy gets ass fucked by a long line of hung black men, every day, for his whole sentence.

There might be a small amount of justice there.

-end rant.
