Ok good to know it can be done.
Yes I agree with variety that’s why I prefer to grow more then one strain for the wife and I.
now, i have 4 waterfarms and 4 different strains each grow. fed by one res. when they all get dried and cured, i throw them all in huge glass containers and have a "mixed salad" of strain every handful.

So each strain they don’t require different feeding levels? Nice I do that some times we call it the guessing game.

Nice you make good use of the area that’s for sure. Another question I had was would you be able to set up perpetual with Dwc? Would you need just another set up?

Yeah a second light for a second stage of life . Or third in my case. And so on.

Also the more plants you put in a space The smaller you can switch to flower.

This time with one plant per sq ft. Il probably flower at 10-12 inches

I like to have larger plants with less plants numbers. I only have a 4x8x7 and don’t want it to get to crowded in there.

2 pieces of advice: don't try to fix any problems until you get your pH correct. out of whack pH is problem 1. problem 2 is root rot. either run soemthing like hydroguard or a sterile res.
Rky, im gettin ready to run diy waterfarms on next round....should i just use the drip ring waterfall and no stone in the bottoms? running no res-- just buckets ... been using big stones on test run....but if i can get away from the bubble noise even better, i do have a strong airpump for the waterfall shud i keep them cranking for a fast drip?

i run the drip ring only until the roots hit the lower res and then i turn my airstones on. i think it really increases root development/plant size.

also, drill out the holes to 3/8" . makes it easier for the roots to find their way down.
