...was looking at my plants today, not the 12/12's for anyone that is following that thread, but my others. I leaned in to check the back of one and I snapped a branch in half. I just cut it with a razor blade at the spot it broke and left the rest on the plant. This plant had a couple more weeks left. How bad will this effect the plant?

If its just a branch thats fine I've had my entire light setup fall in an earthquake and knock off half the sides of a few plants but they still finished fine.

Mr I Can Do That For Half
Looks more like nute burn on the leaf tips. The plant will survive.I broke a branch about 3 weeks ago and it was barely hanging so what did I do?? yup held it in place and taped it back together and then tied it to the main stalk so it wouldnt lean. Its reattached and growing well with a huge cola on it.

hey fletch. long time no see. how u been doing?
lol its funny you said this actually because i now remember that when i harvested (a hermie that i let continue to grow out in the room) 2 weeks ago I found a branch that had a small trim nail duct taped to it ...... I asked my cousin in law (my right hand man) what the hell it was there for and he was like "you dont remember? we snapped that branch off almost in 2 by accident and we immediately made that bandage" apparently it works fine for more people than just me and him. :hump:
oh and i took the nail/duct bandage after i trimmed the branch and it had a big ball grown up to heal where the branch was broken(apparently i sharpied all around the break to find it later as well) .

did yours grow the ball type place that i mentioned above?
oh i wanted to ask you...... i recently heard about someone using a diffrenet type of dwc.... they said it was a "recirulating dwc with an external pump"
any idea wtf that is and how much you'd charge to make a 5 gallon bucket sized one for 1 mother plant? I think out of all the hydro setups dwc almost stole my heart away from soil, but didnt require the improved result from the great increase in effort, but i saw this one setup like said above and FUCK. the roots from one plant filled half of a 50 gallon container and it was only in the first week of flower. i guess the only down side to the plant was that it was so big he had 2 1000 watt hps on it and he was considering adding another 5-6 hundred watts and changing one of the 1000watts to an enhanced spectrum.
but if he got busted he only had one plant. lol

A couple of things you should know about this plant... I got this one from a friend a while back. I have no idea which strain it is. When I got it, all the fan leaves had been cut off. He told me he did it so the plant would get more light to the buds... He also said it was planted outside for 2 months, brought inside for a couple weeks, then brought back outside for a couple more weeks and then finally to me which I'm growing inside. Not sure how that affects a plant. Anyway, when I got it I put it in flower, its been 10 weeks. I'm not sure if this plant looks normal for 10 weeks of flower, since this plant is my only plant this far along and I just started growing... This plant seemed to form big buds before the white hairs even came out. Normal? I don't think so, but I'm no expert. I'm using HPS lighting and CLF's on the side for anyone wondering.
