my first flowering...male or female?...am I good at this

My first time flowering. Here are some pics that I took today. If you have a minute I would really appreciate if you could check them and tell me what do you think.

How long can I wait before it is too late for the males to be removed?

dam too many males. the 3rd one is blank. look more toward the top. around the stem

Dude as soon as they show balls you gotta get them outta there!
And it looks like they matured a bit so they might've opened up already.

where do the white hairs come from? do they just grow out of the stem or what?
