my first grow cfl

I should only have 20 days to go making it a 8 week 56 day flower though i may let it go a bit longer want her to be perfect don't want to take anything away from her. By the way side buds have got bigger as with cola and she smells like fruity pebbles with a hint of mangos.numm:)
 
Very nice boogums, happy to hear. I which I would understand what is happening with my plant and what she needs... the top looks absolutely beautiful and healthy, he's like 3 inches tall and 3 inches wide, but it's 25th day already... your was 9 inch tall by that time, and still between all nodes there's 1 inch in total. I checked in forum yours and other posts, at 3 weeks it should be 2.5-3 times bigger... could it be lack of humidity, light or its 18/6 cycle... or maybe because while germinating I accidentally kept her too warm for half a day, like at 90-95F degrees.. Or maybe light too low, now its 2 inches away. Or maybe pot size or lack of patience... so many things to consider.. Maybe you have any ideas what could be causing that?
 
Thank you i think i will due to the fact one of Lilly's small side branches fell so i smoked some and omg 2 small hits and i was good and tasted like a big spoon full of fruit loops with mangos sooooooooo good
 
Im not sure sim what it could be but post pics and a forum asking for help some experts will definitely give advice i don't want to tell you something and it kill your girls lol im still learning myself that would be like the blind leading the blind you know? Anyway im sure all will be fine.

Damn man! im a little jelous thats for sure. My first grow i started yesterday.... and im using around 10k lumens for one plant. Hope i get results like you did! Im doing a DWC though, and im still seeing if ill even have money for nutes... so i dont plan on it being as successful as yours haha. Congrats bro!
 
I was going to do dwc next run but instead im doing auto roadrunner #2 three of them in 3 gallon pots scrog. We'll see what happens all i care about is Lilly right now. Thanks again for the comments and positive vibe makes these posts worth it
 
Dude, Boog, I've roamed these forums for quite some time...your going to want longer than 3 weeks. I mean, I may be wrong, your plant will tell you when she's ready, and you decide what kind of high you want from her, but 8 weeks is a minimum. And thats a GUESS for certain strains. I'm ballparking mine at 75 days (10.5 weeks) based on the SD hybrid I have in her, your little lady looks like she could use a little more time. BUT, in 2 weeks, she might fatten up!!
 
True only time will tell but the other people that grew her say average 55 day flower but she may take a week more then that and i am ok with that i won't cut her down till trics are 60/40.
 
Good. I was just thinking it's just too short of a flower. I'm guessing the people that grew her chopped her too early. at this point dude, she looks like she could FILL OUT!
 
We will see i doubt the side buds will get much much bigger but they will grow as for the main cola well it is looking good. The people who harvested her in 55 day flowering were pros and cut her when she was ready they also were using .hps and mh so may take longer and i may not yield as much but its going to be mine with no middle .man.
 
so i'm basically a noob at this. and my boyfriend doesn't help me out much so here i am learning! and i just read your entire thread. SO MUCH GOOD INFO! my setup is ebb and flow..so completely different. but all the lighting info helped me a bunch. you must have a magic touch or something dude! first grow? WOW. my first 2 attempts have been pretty miserable FAILS. but thanks to you i'm going to start a blog of my progress and maybe people will help me along too!
 
Well good i am glad your inspired and i really happy that my thread has helped you. People keep telling me that im doing such a good job for my first time makes me feel good. I wanna trade samples of our completed buds, haha. She looks like she's getting bigger on the cola site. You going for a coughlock high or more of an energetic high?

so here are some new pics Lilly at week 6 just got a 60x100 magnifier $12 bucks at radio shack the one pic has it in with my flowering nute,tape measure, snips,flashlight with green light and water jugs. So simple yet very effective. My trics are half clear half milky so definitely think most bud will be ready in 3 weeks.we're at the home stretch fellow growers exciting times. Smell is amazing and she is quite potent all ready. By the way i want to go for a good mix more up beat then couch lock. She is 60% sativa 40% indica seems as though when you smoke her you first get that up feeling aka sativa then about 15 minutes later a down relaxed stoned feeling aka indica so awesome bud i just can't wait for her to finish.

Here we go week 7 flowering most trics are milky a few clear which is about where i want it but end of next week she is getting cut down.
 
Hmmm it won't show the picture icon to post a pic on here that sucks well all is still going well Lilly is finishing her thing. I flushed her today she has 12 days to go so i may only feed her water one more time then none for 7-10 days. What do you guys think?
