Im stoked to be growing some after seeing how good yours turned out and Ive been craving that heavy narco high you described in the smoke report :eyesmoke:

Haha Im not too worried about any unwanted hands on them. yard is completely fenced and my half chow half akita fem knows who belongs and doesnt belong in the yard

thanks Boom and glad you could make it. upwards of that range is definitely the hope, but Im trying not to think that far ahead quite yet ;-)

I was reading your bit in Cruz's journal about supercropping and its my fav technique as well, but Im hesitant to do it on the new clones I just got since I didnt want any down time to heal themselves since they're still kinda small and I just want them to grow grow grow but you think it could still be beneficial if I supercropped them now?

i wouldnt pinch em as clones. i havent even tried it yet but for that same reason... clones are goin thru enough stress as is tryin to root and veg. im still experimenting with diff heighths and strains but i was gone for a week and didnt supercrop consitantly enough so i got sum pretty big stretch on my OG BUBBAs this round. next round ill get it down.

everyone does diff techniques in their garden depending on their situation. remember im doin indoor scrog. i dont like to FIM anymore since it shocks the plant too much and takes a full week to recover. the supercropping takes 3 days before i can pinch it again.
outdoors u have so much veg time and space i would def train or top the plants at about 12" tall or even like 10" just depends on how healthy the plant is to me. u dont wana fuk with em when their struggling. i add superthrive and root excel to my rez to help boost their recovery as well. i dont believe any of these methods are the best, its just wat i did to acheive current results. def do ur research before u decide wat u want to do.

Got a good start there.... lookin good. I am scribed.......
glad to have you spectating this one wonder.

but yea I agree with everyone, Im just going to leave them and let them size up. dont want to slow down any growth since I havent had them out so long. today's a week that they've been in their new homes and they look like the roots are set and ready to really go. sucks though, my grapefruit diesel is preflowering early so just gotta wait and see if it makes the turn back..

I'll update with pics in the next couple days. busy and drunk 4th coming up and starting early today. everyone be safe this weekend and watch for the boys in blue!

back at ya Hodge. just wish I had a handful of bottlerockets or roman candles or something!

they've been in their final resting spot for a week and a couple days and tho not a whole growth, I think the roots are getting nice and set and reaching past the clusters they had before transplanted. got fed their first dose of FF Grow Big fert at half strength. plan on feeding them twice a week from here on out. theyve needed watering almost every day with this heat(85F+ daily) so probably water twice then feed and so on.

1-garden shot
2-hindu skunk
3-grapefruit diesel
4-grapefruit diesel supercropped stalk
5-shiva shante
6-blackberry kush

Nice outdoor grow you got going there. I like the custom made pots as well. Looks like you got some healthy looking ladies.

This heat really has been a bitch. I'm on the east coast and doing a guerrilla grow, so I can't even visit my girls more often .

Anyway, Hope you have a bountiful grow and I am looking forward to seeing them progress! :bigjoint:

thanks D and glad to have you along. I know how tough the guerrilla growing can be. Especially when you get deeper into summer the and the temps wont let up. but I'll tell ya, having a hose to water with and them enclosed in your yard is one of the best feelings so I definitely feel ya on the guerrilla growing and dont miss it much minus the sheer thrill of being out in deep brush growing what you shouldnt be growing ;-)

Thanks SG :blsmoke: they get about 6 and a half hours of direct light then theres a couple big pines that the sun gets filtered through when it starts to set but sunlight is sunlight and I'll work with what I got.

Looking good NB, now we sit back and wait!
ahhh the waiting game..since Ive started growing, I've definitely gathered more patience in everything. feel like growing has taught me to read people and situations better too just from watching and learning what plants are saying with their body language. love growing for so many reasons :eyesmoke:

thanks GC :-) i transplanted them on june 25th so theyre almost 3 weeks old in their new homes. Dont know exactly how long the Hindu's and the Shiva were vegged for before i got them, but the Grapefruit Diesel is from seed and I popped the bean around mid to the end of april and the Blackberry Ksh I had for a week and a half maybe two before I transplanted but dont know how long it was vegged before I picked them up.

haha I talked to him the other day and he wasnt stressing on it but I could see him not saying anything to my face to avoid any confrentation then maybe calling the county or sheriff's to hassle me but so far no troubles from him.

your plant looks rad though, definitely went for a different technique and style than Im used to but none the less effective.
hope you get as much bud as youre expecting and then some

so today's week 3 that they've been outside. everything's looking good and chuggin along. all the foliage has a dark green leathery look to them :leaf:
picked up some BioBizz Algamic that's a seaweed, kelp and trace element micro nute that you can soil feed or foliar. foliar feeding seems to be the favored way for the best results and plan to foliar for the first time this evening. Fed them FF Grow Big yesterday at half strength. temps are in the mid 90's today and they seem to be loving it

Hi Mr. Ganja,
Today is the first day of being here and I picked your site. Hey Bud, B here wondering how you got your plants so bushy. I have 5 plants in my butterfly garden but they are just tiny little things compared to yours. How old are the plants that you have pictures of, especially the big one. I am growing outside and could use any tips you would choose to share. I am a virgin planter so please be gentle. B

Start a journal, post details, and pictures, ask specific questions, do your research before you ask questions needlessly, check other journals to see if your answers are in there..... and you will get the info you desire, good luck on your grow... :)

^ ^ What Dragon said ;-)
thanks for showing interest in my journal but starting your own is really the best way to get some questions answered if you havent found what youre looking for reading through others' journals or through the FAQ

Here's a clone that was given to me about 3 weeks back. the strain's 'Mean Martian Green' and Im still not too sure what Im going do with it. supercropped it twice and now have the top tied down to let the side shoots catch up

I'm really looking forward to seeing this Martian Mean Green develop. I've heard good things about this strain.

Should get a nice bush with the supercropping.

I can't help but notice the red stems just below the leaves are screaming for nutes!
