Hi I am building a new setup (see the pic) I will full cover the area with cardboard and I will paint it with flat white paint. I also have 3 cfl 100e each bulbs.My question is I have a 6 inch fan I want to know where can I set it up and how many holes do I need to open? and where.Thanks!

I take it you mean the vent fans.
Typically, one puts an 'in' hole at the bottom on one side and the 'out' at the top on the opposite side.
