neem oil foliar spray good or bad

I have been looking into foliar spray for my outdoor grow and found out some people use it with good results.

Neem oil is for pests. You dnt want to spray anything on your plants unless ya have to.

neem isnt just for pests, its a natural leaf polisher, and u can use it as a foiler spray but dont spray in direct light also dont use in flower, and spray the plant with regular water 2-4 weeks after the neem to wash the neem off, i dont think it has any benifits though except green shiny plants, and it keeps bugs away
