Chili garlic noodles. I toned down the spice for the lady. I used some gochugaru, the powder kind not the flakes and a little bit of red pepper flakes. Plain noodles seemed boring so I added some green beans and some baby corn. I made the noodles from scratch and at first was going to make hand torn noodles but didn't feel up to the hand stretching part so I just rolled the dough out and made hand cut noodles.

There is no comparison between fresh homemade noodles and dry packaged noodles. Dry noodles can be good but fresh is best.
