Nope, chicken and it was a mix of Jack Daniels and some asian something. I don't know and I don't care. I drank my dinner after teaching a class on symptoms of acute increased intracranial pressure in the ambulatory patient for neurology.

How does Jack and Asian work? Doesn't seem like it'd go together.

I don't know. I drank my dinner, hard Kombucha, sounds weird, probably is but it's pretty tasty.

I do like these...
I also like the big ones, I take off each layer and stuff it with a piece of braaied boerewors.

Looks like it's just in time for St. Patrick's Day too! Thai pickled garlic is tasty as well.

Smoking some chunks of ham and a pack of brats because why not use up more room on the smoker. Apple and hickory. Just wanted more smoke flavor in the ham.

Apparently they were tasty according to bygone sailors. I've been free diving with them and encountered them many times - and as much as it doesn't look possible, they can really move when they want to!
