Used the rucola I still had half a bag of, instead of spinach. Rest is olive oil, real butter, garlic, pepper, salt, cherry tomatoes, freshly plucked and cut basil, cream and a lot of grated parmesan. Definitely a tasty way to cook a salmon and who doesn’t love cherry tomatoes cooked in salmon oil, garlic and butter.

I’m just messing, I won’t say no to a woodsmoked pineapple pizza, that whole discussion is foreign to me. Here’s one from my mini oven. Not much takes in wood smoke flavor as well as sweet pineapple.

@Sativied Would you happen to have a recipe for your pasta salad? Much appreciated.
It’s something my wife put together from a salad kit (big pack of salad with some of the ingredients and dressing packed separately in mini bags). Aside from the ingredients I mentioned, I know the semi dried tomatoes are marinated in basil, oregano, majoran and rosemary, and the goat cheese was drizzled with honey. Sorry not much help here, but you can’t really go wrong with goat cheese + honey + crushed walnuts.
