i checked out that menu. that shrimp and fish ceviche sounds good too
This was the first time I've been there. I want to go back and try some other things.

Is that the Baja Fish Taco for $5.99? That sounds like a deal.
It was cheap. Eight tacos, two apps and six drinks was just over a hundred bucks with tip.

Dayum! You ate ALL of that? You’re fucking tiny! Where does it all go???
Lol no there was three of us. I did eat two of the fish and half of a shredded beef taco

Recipe, please?
Let me see off the top of my head it’s;

1lb pork mince
1 grated onion
1 grated apple (juice squeezed out and saved)
1 slice of stale bread
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 egg
Handful of sage
Salt n pepper
Ketchup on top.

Method;

In a bowel add the grated apple/bread. Using the juice saved from apple add a bit at a time to rehydrate the breadcrumbs.

Now add rest of ingredients and get your hands dirty!

Needs a lot of salt to taste decent as pork seems to soak it up.

Fresh sage seems to work best if u have it :)

I love carrot cake and cream cheese frosting, sigh.... I have a great recipe which involves soaking raisins in rum. Of course by the time the cake is done I don't give a shit.

Good morning, DW
The best cake!!

I actually make my son carrot cake porridge sometimes. One way of getting goodness in him lol

Cup of porridge oats
1 small carrot finely grated
Walnuts
Raisins
Cinnamon and a touch of maple syrup :)

IKEA meatball recipe can be used for meatloaf. It is a blend of ground beef and pork. I use brioche for the binder. Dine-in option when shopping, take home frozen or DIY. With cream sauce and sub cranberry jelly. Can be used in Salisbury steak with mushroom sauce. Frozen princess cake for dessert.
