New Grower need help identifying bug

Hello everyone,

I'm a new grower and I have just noticed some of these bugs on my plant. The plant is outdoors and the bugs only seem to be near the flowering regions. Any help on identifying what they are and how to get rid of them would be really appreciated.

Looks possibly like a stink bug?
