Where did you get the plants? Were they seeds or clones? Maybe someone pulled the old switch a roo and gave you sativa seeds. I know mexican brick weed is sometimes tropical flowering sativa so when you try to grow them inside they take like 4+ months to flower. I'm thinking you either have some tropical sativas going or somebody/something is interrupting your dark cycle.

If plants were at like week one of flower and something interrupted a dark cycle it could set back you flower a week making it look like no progress.

Those are my only thoughts either sativas or interrupted dark cycle. Poor ventilation will only slow growth not stop flowering from happening.

I'm pretty surprised how good there doing other than the flowering issue I mean u got 6 plants under only 600 watts and they look super healthy and happy I'm going to put my money on a slight light leak and maybe a slow starting sativa but hey what do I know lol I am always learning no matter what that's part of the obsession with growing

What are your night temps?
How far away is your light from the tops of your plants?
Have you adjusted your NPK ratios to compensate for flowering?
Are your pots sat on a concrete floor?

Im going throw it in there probably nutrients. Even if light leak still would flower and i have seen plants flower with poor ventilation. My .02
That's what my plants looked like when I didn't add nuits to be honest. The growth rate was much slower compared to using nuits so if aren't using any, I'd say your plants are on schedule.

I see pistils in all the pics.

Some strains are slow to start.

As stated earlier, the more sativa the longer for flower to set in. Landrace strains like Mexican brick seeds can take 4-5 weeks of 12/12 to show sex. Some longer.

Many pure sativas are equatorial and get near 12/12 all year and will take a lot longer to flower.

light leaks will not keep a plant from flowering, unless maybe you have a hole the size of a door.
I had a buddy who grew in his basement but was to lazy to block out the little bit of sun light that came in from the window in the next room, after about three months he had about one bowl of whispy ass bud. So technically yes the plant will flower but not much better than OP's plants.
