Alright, the symptoms are all pointing to heat stress. Not sure how with 3CFLs in there running 75 watts but it is on a 24/0 light cycle so anything is possible. I moved them lower away from the light, and I am gonna let them dry out for a lil while.

HELP!!!! Im getting yellow edges on a couple of the leaves and they seem burnt up and crispy. I transported it to a new pot the other day, I dunno whether the soil got disturbed and the root hit a hot part of the soil or what. I thought it was heat stress and moved it away from the light. Its getting worse now so I dont think thats it. No nutes either. Wondering what to do

First 2 BW, second 2 WW

I moved them back up to the light as I determined heat stress wasnt the cause. I dont think its any cooler 6" below where they were anyways

DAY 16 UPDATE:

DSC00524.jpgDSC00521.jpgDSC00523.jpgDSC00522.jpg

First 2 are the WW. You can see the leaf tips that were burnt up. They are doing much better now.
Last 2 are of the BW. A couple of the leaves have started to curl up towards the light now.

After checking the soil with my meter, I figured it was time to feed em (water them I guess since Im still not using any nutes). I watered til it dripped out the bottom into my tray, then let it sit for about 15 mins to see if it absorbed anymore. Neither one did so I threw them back in the case. Each one took about a half liter. Thanks to Grizz for the tips!!
I feel a lot better about this watering process now. I used to just water when it looked dry, but now I get a better idea of what goes into it.

When I checked them this morning, they were SUPER excited for the water. They are standing up nice and look full and green today :) These are the best the little bitches have looked in a long time!! Most of the stuff Ive been reading say to start adding nutes after the 3rd week. Thatd be after the weekend, Id guess. I have some Grow Big, and Tiger Bloom for flowering already, but I wonder if I should pick up some Big Bloom for the rest of veg as well. The FF feeding chart suggests both and Ive seen some pretty nice lookin grows with using all three. Suggestions?

Follow the FF trio instructions, but I'd suggest starting 3/4 strength max. All fert dosing instructions is for absolute maximum, companies move more ferts with higher doses. Start 1/2 strength and see how they do, you can always add more. . .but not less.

Ive been reading a lot of good shit about molasses in your waterings. A lot of peeps have been using it in their water thru the whole grow, not just the last few weeks of flower. Im thinkin imma start using this regularly from here on out, cant hurt.

DAY 21 UPDATE

DSC00525.jpgDSC00526.jpgDSC00527.jpgDSC00528.jpg

First 2 are White Widow, last 2 are Blue Widow.

Id say its almost time to switch to 12/12.....if they are gonna triple in size, Im gonna need to switch em soon. Should I black em out for 36hrs first before dropping to 12/12?

Looking good man, those lower leaves look sort of sickly but thats to be expected, they were pretty damaged.

Putting your plants in complete darkness between 24-48 hours can help speed up the flowering process by a few weeks. Since your plants are immature I'd do the full 48 hour blackout. Expect sexing around 2 weeks, you'd know much faster if your plants were closer to maturity so yeah, expect around a 2 week wait.

Did you watch those videos concerning phosphorus during flowering?

Plants are takin a 48hr nap starting at 9am this morning. I had to time the blackout around the feedings so I could get in the case and water them before they went to sleep. Ill report back on Sat morning!

DAY 25 - 1st day of Flower:

I blacked em out for 48hrs and now they are on a 12/12 cycle. The bottom couple of leaves are yellowed. I read it could be a nitrogen deficiency, but Im not sure how. Other than that, the new growths are comin in niiiiiice!

The 1st 3 pics are of the WW, the next 2 of the BW. The last pic shows the bend on the BW. The stem is growing at a 45 degree angle. The first 2 pics show the yellow leaves at the bottom up close.

Your new growth is looking pretty rumpled, its probably a result of heat stress. Looks like nitrogen def to me as well. I'm going to go ahead and say these are the best looking PC case plants i've seen to date.

Thanks man, Im a little concerned tho....

I woke up and the new growths are a real lime/neon green color. Nitrogen def is what Ive read about. Both plants are bright green on the tops and the new side sprouts. What should I do about the def?

Not sure about heat stress.....its never been hotter than 88F in the case, more like 80F usually. I blacked em out for 48hrs and they looked like that when they woke up. Could it be getting stressed over the amount of light/lower temp?
