Let's answer these, I think it will help a lot. My setup is going to be something just for me personally for my medication, at final stage in development I hope to have 2 mothers and 4 veg, 4 flower so 10 total but that's in the future quite a ways. For now I'm gonna say 2 plants. My grow space can be an entire room if I want it to be, so for the planned 2 plants I have no space issues. 12/12 or veg time is a tough one, I know vegging can increase yield, but I also would be trying to supply my own meds, so I'd need enough to keep myself going while growing more. Which makes the need for speed obvious.

I'd say definitely go for Vegging a good month before flipping to 12/12. For lighting for 2 plants, maybe a 250w HPS or something of that nature. It'll grow some nice, healthy plants.

I'd appreciate if one of you fine advice-givers would give me a few reliable online places to look for lights, I live in an area where we have Wal-Mart and Ace...and that's about it.

I'm right there with you man, I live where the hangout spot is Wal-Mart, and the occasional Nascar race >.>

My online source doesn't go below 400w, and I don't want to provide you with a website I haven't personally used. I'm sure someone will hook you up though
