Also remember, your NL autos might be the ones that are effected with the "4 to 5 week veg period" thats 28-35 days before you might see any signs of flowering, i wish you all luck!

My AK 48 Fems came today, got a 5 pack of those and 10 Non-Fem AK 48 Seeds. Started 2 Fem AKs and 3 Non-Fem. Hopefully I will get 3 or 4 Fems out of the combo. I didn't want to use all my AK 48 Feminised seeds right now since I am going to continue my Northern Lights as well as the 5 AK 48, I am going to do this batch of AK 48 12/12 from seed to harvest, take clones from each Female AK and after harvest Reveg the AK Mothers, get a few more clones and then put a mother or two back in Flower after a month of Reveg time. That's the plan my friends. Sound good? Too bad I can't take clones from the Northern Light Autos... Oh well. Happy Growing everyone!

Same to you swann, At Nirvana when you login go to Help Desk and go to your order and complain, you'll get free seeds. Say you want two 5 packs of whatever feminised strain you want. They will send you free seeds I promise. I just received my free 5 pack of AK48 Fem + 10 Pack of Regular (not feminised) AK 48 as well yesterday in the mail.
Alice just sent me feminized NL to replace the autoflower NL seed that were of questionable genetics. I am continuing with my autoflower NL to fruition as they are just starting to veg. One of my 3 Waterfarms isn't bubbling so I will try to fix that tonight. My first grow so it is fun. I see you mentioning flushing and hanging and curing in jars. I have lots to learn. Good thread. I will post pics soon.

Yeah Mr. Robbins my Northern Lights Autos are doing very good. They are all four flowering and each day more and more white hairs and new bud sites. I think in about 7 weeks I will be harvesting. Can't wait to see how my buds turn out, My next grow, which has already began will be AK 48. It is not an autoflowering strain, but it is feminised and they are known to finish in as early as 48 days hence the name AK 48.

My four Northern Lights Feminised Autos are really starting to take off, they grew so much in the past 24 hours that a few tips on a couple fan leaves got singed from grow lights, started a light dose of NPK rating of 10/30/15. They seem to like it, I will feed probably once or twice a week to start off.

Sorry about the pictures, I am going to try to take some more with my digital camera, took those pictures off of my cell. I wish I had a good enough camera that could justify the way they look in real life, white hairs everywhere, not too much of an odor yet, just a very mild smell, I have very good air ventilation though so it isn't noticeable unless if you are in the back of my closet where I have my mylar wall grow tent. Mylar is so cheap and it really helps get the most out of your lighting. I will take some more pics tomorrow with my digital camera because my cell phone doesn't take the best pics in the world. Also waiting on my AK 48s to pop out of their Jiffy Pellets that I soaked in water until they were swollen, put the seeds in about 6 cm and covered over the top lightly, still letting the seeds breath I guess you can say. Put clear plastic wrap around the container I have the seedlings in, (creating a humidity dome for them) hope to see them pop out in the next few days, I have never smoked AK 48, really looking forward to that, as well as getting clones and being able to keep a couple mothers since they are not autoflower, just regular feminised seeds. Anyone grown or experienced AK 48? If so let me know how it was I would really appreciate it. Also got a 2 bulb 4 foot T5 Grow light that I will be using soon, that will add another 150 watts, just have to get some ties so I can hang the T5 over the ladies.

Whats up one. Yea those pics are not too good for seeing the bud but the plants look good and healthy. Try to take a pic of all your plants at a wide angle. I want to see how they are growing in that tote. My plants just finished week 3 of flower. Here is a pic for your viewing pleasure lol.

Update: Day 37 One week into flowering with 12/12 hps and they're growing like mad. Good news all Nirvana Northern Light autos have shown sex and are all Females 
1/3 Rock Locks has shown sex (female), other 2 should show soon. The "Big Buddah's" are tall to be sure.

well now theres white hairs on all 4 of them, but only on the top parts of the plants, around the fifth node, i planted them on september 9th, is this normal with autos?

Hey, how do those 'auto' strains perform? Never tried any of the auto's yet and was just wondering how they perform.
If you've never grown the AK48 before.. you'll be pretty happy with it. I know I was. The AK48 will produce some of the hardest (very dense) buds you've ever seen. Well, maybe not the hardest.. but they're very very dense nugs. Also, its a quick maturing strain as well.. 7 to 8 weeks.
I was really happy with it the first time I grew it.. which was actually just one grow ago. I've got my new grow going.. I've got my last AK48 seed (feminized of course) and my last Nirvana 'Ice' seed (also feminized) going right now. The AK48.. I named her 'Athena' because she's just so vividly bright and beautiful.. just a really happy and healthy girl. She's just now a week (week since actual flowering began) into flowering.. and I swear she grows around a quarter of an inch each night.. because every morning since she showed her first set of pistils.. she's gotten taller and taller.. and bushier.
But anyhow.. yeah I think you'll be happy with the AK strain if you've never grown it before.
Also, if you've never grown Nirvana's 'ice' strain.. I highly suggest that one. It's not a good one for beginners though.. as its a very sensitive strain. Sensitive to wind (can easily get wind burn) and it also is a very very sativa strain. Flowering time for the 'ice' strain ranges from 10 weeks all the way up to 14 weeks. But the wait is VERY VERY worth it.

Nice! I would say mine are about a week or two behind your grow. Mine are all looking nice and bushy, but I am not as far along into the flowering process as you are. My NL Ladies are looking good and I would say that they like the tote. I will take a wide angle pic of all four of mine. They are all looking nice and healthy. My NL girls have bud sites from the bottom all the way up to the top.

Especially since it is an early finishing strain, I can still take clones off of the AK 48 Fems right? I wanted to take about 6-10 clones in all.

just make sure you take them early.. in other words.. I wouldn't take any clones from a plant that's well into flowering.
