Look fine, but you need way more light, very soon. Otherwise, those plants will be all stem and stalk with a couple of leaves here and there.

Tell us more about your overall plan, what you're using as far as medium, lights, ventilation, nutrients etc.

I was just curious to know if there was one is all so we can understand what resources we should provide :)

I had figured that no thought had gone into it yet, but wanted to elicit that as opposed to prematurely criticizing.
Yeah i hear ya, just looks like another super low budget grow that will end in disaster.

It does appear that way for sure, but for all I know, OP is just starting inside and throwing them out after a transplant or something.

On the surface though, I agree with you 100% on the appearance of the whole thing.

Yeah. Pretty late in the year for that..... but still doable.

You wont learn much of anything without the proper equipment. Growing weed indoors is like trying to grow corn indoors. Its not a spider plant that you can put by the window and water once a month. Its a light hungry crop that will do nothing but disappoint if you skimp on equipment. That being said, you could start with a little setup like this and get a good healthy plant.

If smell is an issue you will need to buy a better fan and a carbon filter.

Unless you let all of the ingredients compost and break down, it won't provide any nutritional value to the plants.

Also, are your CFL bulbs 65W or are they 65W "equivalent"? You could probably grow out a plant reasonably decently if it didn't veg long, and if you had say four 43W (true watt) CFL bulbs.

With that said, I wouldn't attempt a full grow with CFL. I do use CFL however. About 200W worth in my male plant closet, and a 43W inside of my clone tent.
