Sorry for the lack of updates, I've been extremely busy with life. The plants were chopped over the last few days which puts them right around 10 weeks. Some plants could of been chopped at week 9 and some could have gone another week or two. I'm drying in the same room so unfortunately, I can't stagger the harvest. I will probably flower another round of these just to confirm which phenos I want to keep since I don't feel like I did them justice this round, although I have my eye on a couple.

Onto the pics

Great read brother! How have the diy leds done for your veg and clones?
Thank you!

The DIY LED’s are rocking along nicely. Still playing around to get the right hanging height. For the cost and the amount of even coverage with relatively low wattage & heat they are a no brainer. Probably won’t be using my T5’s or MH’s anymore.

I actually scored some Delta 185w 24v drivers for like $8/ea so I’ll be making some more DIY strips and might try out some HLG QB 120’s to compare.

Appreciate the kind words! I’m happy with how a few of them turned out. Looking forward to dialing in the LED’s and RO water.

Was dealing with some deficiencies mid-late flower that I’m not used to having back when I used tap water. Going to add some Epsom salts into the nutrient regime and see if there are any improvements.

Trimmed up the first plant which was Crescendo #3. Weighed in at 41.4g of solid nugs. It looks better than it smells. Not anything spectacular IMO but we will see if the aroma appeals to me after some time in jars. Has a somewhat pungent sour smell which I'm not too fond of compared to the terp profiles of some of the other phenos.

The buds under the LED's seem slightly smaller in size than when I ran 600w HPS's but the buds are incredibly dense on the plants that fully finished. The bud pictured weighed in at just over 4.5g.

Will be trimming the rest over the next couple days and be back with another update.

Trimmed up the Crescendo #5. I was excited to trim this one (surprising, I know) and it did not disappoint. Weighed in at 85.7g, just over 3oz. Has the classic GSC smell with some hints of fuel and grape. Little star shaped clusters that are extremely dense, the top buds were 5.5g each despite their small size. This #5 is the clear winner out of the Crescendo phenos.

Veg tent is rocking along pretty well. Finally got the top rack transplanted into 1 gallons. Going to do a run of the Crescendos while I wait for the for the bottom rack to veg out and clone.

Bottom rack was just topped.

Ignore my spider web of cords, I’ll clean it up once I get T5 on the bottom replaced with LED strips.

Ordered some of the Influx L09 strips. They can push ~70w a strip and were just under $5/ea with tariffs. Haven’t decided if I’m going to run them without sinks at around 30w or sink them and run closer to 60w. They will be added alongside the QB 96’s in the flower room.

Going to do a quick flower of Crescendos while I wait for the seedlings to veg out so I can clone them. They are mixed phenos so not quite a monocrop but at least they will all finish around the same time. Just transplanted them into 3G today. Going to weave them through the screen over the next 1-2 weeks and flip.

Day 1 of 12/12:

Almost a month later these Crescendos are ready for flip. Not the most even canopy but this run should still be a huge improvement over last. I've gradually increased the lights to 100% and have them much closer to the canopy which should hopefully minimize stretch.

The low-powered DIY Samsung M-series strips are still rocking along nicely in the veg tent. Just about time to take some clones.

Crushing it dude! Great to see you firing up another cycle. Look at those happy leaves pray to the light. That's what I like to call a canopy of canna-boners :)

Day 12 of 12/12:

Things seem to be progressing nicely. The stretch is definitely more manageable than the last round since I raised the lights to 100% in veg and kept them closer to the canopy. I also went back to my brick coco because the bagged stuff I tried last round was full of salt and was constantly struggling with PH issues.

Thanks man! :blsmoke:

Glad to get another round flowering, veg is so boring lol. Excited to dial in these LED's some more. The yield should be significantly better than last round since it's a full crop of Crescendo's, even if they are all different phenos.

Harvest (Day 62):

Sorry for the lack of updates I’ve been extremely busy. They were harvested at day 62. I would of liked to take them another week but I spotted a few spider mites so I decided to take them down. I’m suspecting the yield will be much better than last harvest despite only having 7 plants this round.
