ok to change lighting by an hour?

Well, are you adding an hour?? No, I didn't think so. Good. Where are you in the cycle? If I need to rotate the cycle, at the DST change, for example. I just do it over 2-3 days. It is even beneficial to rotate to 11 hrs/day about 1/2 way through flower.

A sativa might revert to veg if you have 13 hours of lighting. That's why sometimes people have to drop the hours to 11, or even 10 sometimes to get them to finish.

As long as you maintain 12 hours or more of dark you can do whatever you want. Knock an hour off the lights on period at the end of the day and make the switch then. Your plants will not notice the difference. Do not let the photoperiod go shorter than 12 hours dark though.
