hey everyone glad to be back on here.. i recently converted a room into a 4000w grow room... well 3.6k watts but close enough..

im going to be taking clones in the next week so should be doing this grow very soon. this time i think i will be using the Deep Water Culture(DWC) method to shoot for high yields =)

thanx toker.. throughout the last few grows ive realized that costs should be no issue, the better the room well... just better..

the room is approx 10x12ft.
i just purchased 3 new Xtrasun air-cooled hoods along with 2 new Global Greenhouse Lighting digital 1000w ballasts.. i already have one magnetic 1000w and one digital 600w from GGL, which both i will be using..

ooo and i purchased an 8" CANFAN which will cool the lights and i already have a 6" Ecoplus inline fan which will be used for exchanging the air in the room..

na no co2.. just alot of air being exchanged =-)

On the lighting (1000s and the 600), are they MH or HPS or are they switchable?

Pure 1000W HPS's throw out 147,000 lumens each, hence just your 1000's will throw out 441,000 lumens total. With a minimum of 2,008 lumens needed per square foot, just your 3 1000HPS's will throw out 3,675 lumens per square foot (10' x 12'). Perhaps you could "keep the 600 on the sidelines" for this one?

I def like the flex ducting running right to and out the other side of those lighting fixtures. Does you 8" canfan hook up to these?

And.........don't be afraid of posting pics. Hey, even a pic of your hammer is ok.
