Been running under the optic for about 1 month. The change in my girls is noticeable. They love this light lol anyways super skunk right ,lowrider auto in middle,la confidential top left. Growing in dwc system, ph perfect technology base nutrients along with open sesame, beastie blooms and cha ching. @Kingkush325 How high are you hanging that Optic 6? I have a brand new Optic4. I hung mine 2 foot distance and they still burned my plants. Currently hanging at 3.5 ft, and my plants still have very tight spacing.

As of right now its 27 in bro. Haven't had any light burn alot of heat but got me a ac lol

I know, sounded impossible. The top leaves were getting... not yellow... more like bleached?

Anyhow, I raised the light, and voila, new grows were green again. Didn’t change my DWC reservoir either.

Yea maybe it was heat you never know my light gave off some nasty heat and ruined my last run. But the light is fucken awsome lol

Well now You guys got me concerned about my lights lol. My optic 2 is at 20” give or take 1”. I have yellowing but I don’t think it’s from the light. As it’s only affecting two plants not all 4. I have a fan blowing in between the light and the plants so there really is no heat.

If your exhausting the heat really there should be no issue, as long as the air coming in is cooler. But bleaching of the leafs I haven't had that lol bout to go check more

Ya my exhaust does a great job getting the hot air out at the lowest setting. At the highest it makes it too cold in the tent.

Just to chime in, I raised my 5 cheap Chinese blurples up to 36" above my tall plant canopy, which places them about 60" above my tallest clones. I also cropped a few branches at the same time. After a couple days, holy hell they're all taking off! The flowers on my big plants are getting thicker by the moment it seems, and the clones have added 3 internodes and 3" without stretching.
Maybe a fluke, but I'm gonna drill more holes for more height on my light rack.
