I topped once and probably should have a second time. The seed is from OGS; and she warned the plants can get tall. We are growing for ourselves and friend, so I wasn't training for maximum production. She's set back 30' from the fence, but walking towards that fence there is a sweet spot where you can see her. I picked up some free bamboo yesterday off of CL; I'm gonna start working on the scaffolding this weekend!

Re, the picnic: Salem would be great (location) for me! Your folks are into it? I think members are cautious, & like Treemansbuds said, it will be a busy time of year for us. It would be sweet if you could count on November being nice, weather-wise - but that ain't gonna happen. Put a hard date out there and see who will commit. See if it's worth your trouble. Your beets look almost as good as your girls.
My parents will give me the house for the day and night if I get them a night at the Oregon garden resort for $99. I'm wanting post harvest so we could go for November. They've got a big ass finished barn, shop and silo all available and I have access to lots of 10 x 20 canopies from the fire department as well as large propane heaters. I think we could make a November date and if the weather sucks we could easily make t covered indoors. Plus it's free

We named ours Sheriff. We got him right before we moved up on the mountain.
There's only room for 1 Sheriff on this mountain.

American bulldog x Rottweiler.
Nice. Looks like a beefy boy. My wife and I are pit people through and through but truth be told they make horrible guard dogs. They look mean but they love people. I've always said I'd make an exception for a rottie or the right am bull. Mine likes to eat my organic amendments and then shit his brains out everywhere. Gotta love them though.

loving the grow and pics.:bigjoint: Nice selection going too.
It is pretty hard to beat a security system like that. I've had pits and pit crosses for over 30 years. Hard to beat a good terrier. I have had a couple Akitas too, but I find the terriers are easier to keep with the short hair and all.

Pitbulls don't scare me. I had my 5th metacarpal broken when one of our dogs attacked our older bitch. I got my hand in the middle of it and she did some damage. Even after that I still never feel fear. But Akitas are fucking scary. I get a little anxious when those big ass dogs start coming at me. Thanks for stopping by.

Gotta muzzle them mofos up, shit
For me it's really thos fucking ankle biters. The owners are the worst, "Oh, that's just how he says hello." As the chihuahua bites my kid. As a pitbull owner I feel like my dogs need to be on their best behavior every second. People judge my dogs actions way more critically than they would a lab or retriever. But # for # you'll never own a better dog. I wouldn't trade mine for the world

Alright I'll try and get a little bit of the light dep update in. Big house just started pulling tarp so not much to see there. Rolling right into it I'll start of with the Mothertongue. 2 females from my 5 pack. I don't know which plant is which number while I'm posting this. They are labeled but I smoke pot and asking me to remember is asking a lot. Lol. image.jpeg Any way. There is a huge tall bitch who likes like she is going to out produce the otherimage.jpegimage.jpeg but her shorter sister on the right is packing on the frost more at this point. image.jpegimage.jpeg It's too hard to tell if one or other would be a keeper they will probably both be ran again indoors. The taller one smells very faintly of fruit and fuel with fuel definitely being dominate a leaf I ate tasted like watermelon. The shorter one is very fuely similar to the skywalker just stronger.

(Edit)
You can see the stake in the small one is #3 . That makes the other tall one #1 lol

I've got blue city diesel next. The two on the outside are a week further along than the middle, they went in on the 20tg and 27th of June respectivelyimage.jpegimage.jpegLucy's lion; The one in the 5 gallon went in on the 22nd and the 7 gallon was 27th image.jpegimage.jpeg image.jpegimage.jpeg last for this post is Skywalker. The one on the right went in on the 27th and the other 2 were the 20th. This is the first time I've flowered this one out and I'm liking it. Resin production isn't huge yet but the smells of lemony fuel. Definitely looks like a yielder. Also super nute hungry. Blew through the amendments in the soil first.image.jpegimage.jpeg image.jpegimage.jpeg
