Soooo i did it. I broke down and got my first pure sativa. Why reeferman you ask? While there are many sativas available i know reef was known for his sativa breeding. So i will keep everyone posted as my grow goes along and eventually ill post my report on the strain on here. Its 14 weeks as soon as i get done with the veg, which i wont be vegging long. Please wish me some love on this grow because im used to hybrids.

Im hoping it truly stands up to the name, if their is any truth to the listing then ill be looking at a great way to beef up my current strains adding lots of potency. But that will hinge on the out come and if it meets my standards.

Well if any one has any tips feel free to stop by and drop a line in here. I wont be doing a grow journal because honestly the summer is almost here and ill be forgetting about it all the time.

Im working with 10feet height. So its not too impressive. But the more i have been thinking about it the more i want to scrog them. Right now 4 outta 5 beans have popped and waiting to roots to show on my rockwool. Im using two 400 watt hps and then supplemental cfls along the sides that just hang down. Ya the willie nelson looks and sounds so good.

If you check out my sig you can see a mostly Sativa Haze grow where I flowered them around 6-9 inches and then tied them over which worked really well and gave a nice yield. I also did CFL side lighting right underneath and along the main colas. the two 400 w will work nicely to let them grow horizontally in a line. Strait haze or Mostly Sativa is always a good trip ;)

Nice choice. I heard its actually a better breeding parent than a head stash. Not that it won't be good, but can be too strong.

I've never grown it, but that's what I've heard from researching it.

Sweet last wood i didnt hear that but that just makes me all the more excited to see what kind of crosses it brings me. Starting flowering this week, finally have some clones, was worried id stumble into something worth while and not be able to use a second time.
