In a 3-2 decision, Justice Steven David writing for the court said if a police officer wants to enter a home for any reason or no reason at all, a homeowner cannot do anything to block the officer's entry.

you said they were based on elevation and my elevation is the same as yours. you know, for the tsunami that will travel 60 miles inland over 3,000 foot mountains...or from the willamette, in which case it would only have to flood its banks by about 500-1000 feet to get up the hill from downtown.

sorry, bro. as much as i object to the ruling, i am sure it can be appealed and challenged. also, i don't live in indiana. also, if the cops did come in without any warrant there is not much they could really do as i am legal. feds would be a different story, but not sure they would bother with such a small fish following state laws.

You mean kinda like the links I posted regarding how DNA evidence and match probability is calculated? I didn't see that Uncle Buck was arguing for the sake of arguing. You made a statement that all these mailboxes in your area have these stickers yet UncleBuck lives in your area and can't seem to find these stickers anywhere. I think that's pretty relevant to the discussion at hand, or are you going to do what nearly every conspiracy theorist usually does? Ignore the cold, cold hard facts staring you right in the face? Governments strive for control while the individual strives for liberty. As you can see these 2 things are in direct conflict with one another. Perhaps this is the REAL reason you are seeing an erosion of rights (which nobody is really denying) in this country.

American concentration camp theory or FEMA camps is a very popular conspiracy theory, while there is no hard evidence for it, its not unreasonable to believe this could happen due to the fact that it has happened many times before in history and the fact that is possible it could happen easily under current laws even. Cambodia and Nazi Germany being some extreme examples. The president does have the ability to do this using executive orders. Finally, our escalating move towards a Police State leads one to further believe that it could happen, because this is what can happen in police states.

Bottom line, this is a conspiracy theory as there is no hard evidence for any of it really, only evidence that shows its possible, its not unreasonable to believe it is possible because it is possible! Do I believe it to be true? Not really, maybe, its only speculation as I said - sure it is possible to happen. Id say if we ever got nuked, invaded, violent civil unrest or civil war, or any very serious emergency that threatens our nations powers it pretty much would be a certainty to happen on some level. During WWII all japense americans were moved to camps like these to "protect their safety" from racism or whatever.
