There used to be...it was a word of mouth thing..then someone posted the address of the pick up spot online...it closed within hours.

The closest you can get weed from a storefront is Montreal. There are two or three compassion clubs there.

Not much listed in Ottawa, check Craig's list for anyone selling medical bud and asking for a letter from a doctor describing your ailment. You could post an ad on Craig's List asking for a designated grower, look at the forum in the second link.

Ottawa is like Washington. *VERY* conservative. Somewhat ironically Montreal, only 90 mins. away, has at least four Cannabis clubs...that will never happen here.

Ottawa is great at laying low, they dont print alot of tthings in the newspaper. ive had 3 friends die from prescrition drugs over the last 5 years none were in the newspaper.Ive been robbed by police for just over $300,he pulled me over,tried to search me illegally and when i refused it he hit me in the face with lead filled gloves. threw me to the ground handcuffed me and went in my pockets pulled out my ciggeretts and crushed them on the ground,pulls my wallet out,then goes for my bag.took my camera and added how his daughter will love it.

I love this city but how can you feel safe if your police will blatenly rob you like a G in bayshore.haha
some police a great and some are horible.ive been caught smoking weed, had my sac'o'tree's taken afew times, but never charged with it.
They will sometimes admit its a waste of time.the officer that got my camera robbed me 4 times in 1 month for that, and about $80 & 2oz a diffrent time and the other 2 was less then a half and a bit of money,he only assaulted me the first time.after that i knew he doesnt give a shit about rights.
neither newspapers gave a shit, and my I couldnt get a lawer to do anything.its been 2 years since that shit.I dont sell tree's but i love to burn them all the time!
