Outdoor plants flowering already?

yeah, i usually harvest early through mid october. also saying that after june 21st they should start doesnt make sense. if that were the case putting them out in may would cause them to flower immediately because the sun is nowhere near its peak. my flowering starts around the first week of august

they went in early last year too. in 30 some years i never had 1 go into flower in july, always first or second week of august.

i think its a combination of nature, and humanities fuck ups.

Same thing happened to me (central Oregon). The biggest girls started flowering last week, which is just fine, as now they will finish before the first frost! Yay!

3 of my 4 outdoor girls have already started flowering, one of them is already in full flower. I was like WTF isn't this way way early? Apparently this is happening to a lot of outdoor farmers this year. The bottom line, at least to the best of my understanding, is that depending on the strain, in the ground or in a pot, and what nutrients the plant is getting, as soon as the days begin getting shorter, it's just a matter of time till the plant starts flowering. This is my first year growing outdoors. Next year I'll just start my crop earlier. Regardless the plants have continued to grow while they are flowering, so I should still get some decent yeilds. If your are JUST starting to flower, consider yourself lucky and go with the flow. mine have had pre-flowers for 2-3wks now. Still not flowering yet tho just lil pistills poppin out by the stipules.
