You getting them boosters like you collecting Pokemon cards  lmk if you get a Charizard III level 288. Been looking for that one for the longest
You live your life and I'll live mine.

What will you do when another pandemic hits and you've been brainwashed about vaccines?

I looked at the recent bird flu data, and now I'm really scared.

This winter we’ve seen a severe outbreak of the bird flu, or avian flu. How much should we worry about that? I’ve tried to figure out what’s going on, and, well, let me just say I’ve learned a lot of really scary things that I don’t want to withhold from you. What’s the bird flu? Is it dangerous to humans? And if so, what can we do? That’s what we’ll talk about today.

Correction to what I say at 2:47 that should have been 50 million who died, not 500 million. Sorry about that.

The wife has been keeping our flock inside now for the second summer. They're getting less and less all the time as she's not replacing any that die. Half don't hardly lay anymore so maybe time for some target practice. ;)

:peace:

That said, what to do to prevent chronic covid or long covid whether vaxxed or not? Eat more plants -- carbs, fruits and vegetables (@cannabineer ) and less meat.

Also get regular exercise.

The effectiveness of vaccination, as measured by antibody titres, may be significantly reduced by the presence of chronic conditions, particularly central obesity, hypertension, dyslipidemia, and smoking [2]. Covid-19 deaths are considerably more common in the context of advanced age or chronic diseases, such as excess body weight, coronary heart disease, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and chronic lung disease. In turn, these conditions are strongly linked to diet and lifestyle choices that can be changed. Indeed, those people who have made lifestyle changes have demonstrable protection against the virus. Analyzing data from 592,571 participants, Merino et al. showed that a dietary pattern characterized by healthy plant-based foods was associated with a 9% lower risk of Covid-19 infection and a 41% lower risk of severe Covid-19 [3]. The dietary data from 568 Covid-19 cases and 2316 controls from healthcare workers from six countries (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, UK, USA) with substantial exposure to Covid-19 patients have demonstrated that those following a plant-based diet had a 73% lower risk of moderate-to-severe Covid-19 [4].

This isn't a one-off result in some woo woo journal. The message is fairly consistent. Why did those in the US experience such high rates of death compared to many similar nations? A likely rreason is most in the US have a terrible diet and sit around too much..

Adopting a healthful plant-based diet and lifestyle is a powerful tool which may delay the aging process, decrease age-associated co-morbidities, and decrease the risk of severe Covid-19 and mortality. It represents the most cost-effective approach and should be largely promoted and incorporated in everyday practice. This is a booster that is needed at this unprecedented time and that may actually work to mitigate Covid-19.

DNA? lol

It's called mRNA vaccine for a reason.

.

None of the vaccines interact with or alter your DNA in any way, and therefore cannot cause cancer. MRNA is not the same as DNA and cannot be combined with DNA to change your genetic code. The mRNA is fragile and it delivers the instructions to your cells to make antibodies against SARS-CoV-2. The mRNA does not enter the nucleus of the cell — the part that contains your DNA. Therefore, there is no truth to the myth that somehow the mRNA vaccine could inactivate the genes that suppress tumors.

Some people just don't give a fuck about others, the antivaxxers are among them, so is this asshole.

if she made anyone sick during that time, she should be charged with assault for each case, and if anyone died, she should be charged with murder for each one. Make the whole thing very open in the press, let the other fucking idiots see what happens when you ignore the law.
