Paranoid outdoor

I moved into a new apartment not too long ago. The lady that lived in here before me was about 85 yrs old. I went outside into my back patio on our first move day and discovered a tiny herb plant. after a few months it grew into a great bushy female sativa. Its about 3-4 weeks into flowering and I know it still has at least a month to go. But I grow more and more worried about someone seeing it and either taking it or reporting it. I've thought about uprooting/transplanting it indoors because I have HPS lights but I don't know the correct way of going about this. The plant is healthy and looks like it will yeild a good ammount. I need some advice about what to do and how long I still have left to go before I harvest. I'll try to post some pics within the next day or so. All advice is appreciated.

mr. baked.. transplanting a big healthyplant that has already started flowering is a bit risky.. it could easily go into shock and take a dumper..

how visible is it to the public and mr. LEO?

i look forward to seeing the picture

I have a 6 foot privacy fence around my patio. But someone walking close to the fence or others a couple balconies can see it. It doesn't smell but its starting to, I guess my biggest worry is that i'll lose it to someone else. Here are some pics that might help everyone tell me how much longer I have and wither or not its a good idea to transplant it or not.

I wish she was my grandma. Dude, keep the plant. If someone sees it, you can say it was there when you moved in. And that is truth! Bust the grandma! They will know the plant is old enough to have been there before you moved in.
