I use a BLUELAB PH PEN.

Holds true for at least 2 weeks but I always recal every 10days though.

I have to adjust my pH on the Nutradip maybe twice a year.........but my feeling is if you are paying over $125 for a pH pen, for $50 more you can get the ppm reading too, which is almost as important. It's also a continuous unit, reading pH/ppm 24/7 which is very helpful.

I used the cheapo Milwaukee ph600 last year and it worked pretty well. I let the probe dry out during the offseason, and while I did feel the earth rumble a bit, I'm using it again this year. It still seems to work pretty well. Go figure.

been using the 10.00 elcheapo from ebay for 2 grow cycles now. never failed me yet. always check calibration weekly with 7.0 solution. never been off since first calibrated it.
