i would have liked to leave her longer again but not many fan leaves left on her now plus i could really do with the space shes taking up for the BBC girls..

they start their PK1314 regime on wednesday.

HI all

Here is a drying update on my first harvest.

I placed my manicured branches into my drying box on thursday at 7pm GMT I left the fans running until Saturday at 12pm GMT.
I think that the fans have done a great job so far but i dont want the buds to dry too quickly so i have now plugged the box into the same timer as my lighting system. So from now 320pm GMT my box fan system is running for 12hours a day i will update as often as i can. Hopefully daily. I will be checking my small nugs later today in around 5hours or so as i think they will be dry enough to jar.

Enjoy the pics. there are a total of 8 branches i have just tried to take as many pics as possible so you can see the drying process.

I have placed an AA sized battery next to the stacks so you can see the sizes as they are drying.

my first decent sized nugs are dry i have jarred about 5-6g so far

really nice and tacky let them cure now for a little..

hey j lad. How they hanging!!!! lol never mind the pun. Just a quicky mate. How bad is the smell from the monster. I just purchased 3 tubs of ona for mine as they have started to smell a bit. And its real good. I have put one in the duct for my exhaust and i'll be putting another in the other exhaust this week when the duct turns up. The other is outside the room.

Dry box worked great. 6days running 12hour fans ...
The smell wasn't too bad off the monster but the bbc are stinking.
i'm off to my hydro shop today to see about a UV-C lamp for my 18" T5 fixture. i'm building a little sterilisation chamber to screen all clones that come in.

looks like i'm somewhere around 35g from my monster by the time the cure is finished.

Not too bad for first time effort .

Not bad!!! that brill mate. I have my boxes now so i'll get to setting them up soon. Prob a couple of weeks or so. Are ya uploading some pic's of the Cheese. I want to see how there getting on?

yes Dan i will. had alot to deal with this week.. bro had his car broken into at my house stereo sat nav change cds gone . had the old bill round to check where it happened . he'd already took his car back home used his head thnkfully so i didnt have to let them in PHEW !!!!

Im trying to make the colas on these as big as possible while still having some under nugs too. I have Fully cleaned 2 of them partially cleaned one and only removed dead foliage from the other.
More as a little experiment for me to see different effects as these are all the same BBC clones. Where as my first grow was an unknown this however is more controlled as my setup has greatly improved from my first grow.

After these have finished i am having a few months downtime to completely re-do my growing closet.

I am going to document the new install bit by bit as i know Danthebull will love me to do this to show him a budget version of a closet grow. lol
As you can see from all my posts i am the king of cheap lol From makeshift venting of my closet to my dry box setup lol.

I'll try and post every saturday from now on to show the progress of the BBC girls. they are having a regime of once a week with Terra Flores 20ml/5litre Canna Pk1314 6ml added to the mix.

I am amazed at how much the soil stays moist compared to my last grow using COCO COIR. I have had to buy a soil moisture meter just to make sure that i am watering only when needed.

In the ideal world i could have done with vegging the BBC girls for another 2 weeks after i had them but as i am using 1 room for all this wasnt possible besides the girls came from an 8week old mother so i just threw them straight into flower and used grow for almost 2 weeks before starting flower nutes. So its no surprise that they are'nt drinking all they could be. Hey ho the trials and tribulations of using a single room for all.

Hey pal. yeah im sure we'll sort something out.

Well i got the Co2 bottle from a local Inn for £20 and that was full too. So i got it cheaply.
It's the regulator that cost money. Got it of ebay and i think i paid £125 for it. But its fantastic. Its a ( UNIS ) regulator, You just calculate the room size and turn the dial on it and hay presto, Correct amount of Co2. Pics below.
