Pistils browning early into flowering, please help

Hi everyone,
my plants are on day 68 since seed and are looking mostly good. I had a little bit of nutrient burn (switched to only water) and lowest leaves yellowing.
However, some pistils, mostly the older ones near the are turning brown and shriveling while there seems to be no bud production so far, although many new white pistils are growing.
Also, some leaves are folding downwards and some new leaves are only single-leave, but the one leaf has the typical shape so I do not think it is re-vegging.
I am growing on a windowsill (I know to expect a small yield) and it has been cloudy quite a bit here recently so I am worrying if the pistils could be dying off due to the plants not receiving enough light? I have thought about bringing them outdoors but have hesitated since there is no typical weed smell so far.
My plants are bagseed, but 4/4 turned out female, so I guess feminized and I suspect autos since there are pistils this time of the year (do photos grow pistils before autumn?). I have double-checked for hermies and haven't seen any pollen sacks or bananas, however this is my first grow so I am not an expert.
Growing in soil&perlite with veg nutes. I know this is not the best way but its what I had on hand. Did a little LST so far.
What would you suggest I do? I don't want to spend a lot of money on this but would like to get some smokeable bud out of it eventually. Should I bring them outside? Is this behavior ok? Can I do something else or is this just shit genetics?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Cheers

When a plant is only putting out single finger leaves i suspect bad genetics or something went wrong at some point and will not produce enough to be worth it.

Had a monster clone do this, and it was a beauty, but in flower just sucked, so i killed it as it was not producing buds just airy bs lol

Looks as though it may have been pollinated.
I checked the plants a couple times and did not find any pollen sacks, at every node the growth consisted of what I determined to be Calyxes, as there are white hairs coming out everywhere except where they withered to brown hairs and subsequently fell off. I opened a couple of the ones which had no pistils anymore and the inside looked like the start of a pistil. However, I have not seen a seed in real live so I could be mistaken.

Looks like its revegging or not enough light, what are you using for light and how many hours on/off.
That's my main worry. They are just on the windowsill, western side so they get afternoon sun. I put a screen on the glass for sight protection, which lowers light amount even further. This whole project is pretty low-budget so far as I used seeds I got for free just to see what would happen. How can I tell if the plant is not getting enough light? And would that revert it back to vegetative growth? My understanding was that autos would flower after a certain time period while photoperiods wouldn't show pistils until September, because when they were about a month old and would start to flower they only received about 11 hours of darkness per day at my location.

Autos usually start showing sex at 3 weeks, you sure those are autos? Also if not an auto and you were growing on a windowsill from march then there wouldn't be enough daylight and you could of been growing seedling in flower stage and now it's in veg stage since we have 16hr light now (in my area). It could be stunted aswell if let's say its night out and it's on windowsill and you turn your lights on in your room.

I don't know, I assumed it was an auto since it started showing pistils about 3-4 weeks after germination and I had read that one must force flowering in photoperiods if they are to show any pistils at all if you start them outdoors in Spring. Do you know from your experience if this is true?
I started 17th of March where there was a sun duration of ca. 12/12 so it could have been in flower stage lighting for the first month or so.
I assumed since the leaves still do look like a normal, non-smooth leaf to me and not all plants make new single-point leaves, some have 3 fingers (see attached photos), revegging would not be the problem I have. I read up on growweedeasy.com again and they say "Re-vegging cannabis plants show odd leaf symptoms such as smooth leaves, twisted or unusual growth, and you may see new stems or long leaves growing directly out of bud sites. Often the new leaves are single-point leaves (just one “finger” per leaf instead of the typical 7 or 9 for adult cannabis leaves)." So do you think that it may be the case here?

Yea if it started in 12/12 then you will see pistols @ 3-4 week period auto or no auto.
Thank you for your insight. I will try the low budget "bag over the plant" method and will abstain from putting the plants outside as I do not want to wait until October for harvest. Do you have an estimation how long I should expect the plants to take till harvest now and when they will start to smell?

1 plant isn't that bad for smell it would smell worst the more plants you have. They usually start to smell 2-3 weeks into flower.

I have 4, so maybe it'll be bad. I hope not since now I can't put them outside, they have plastic bags over them and I will leave them for 36 hours to restart flowering afterwards. If you are interested I can update here.
