Plant flowering way early?

By the way does enyone know where to order good seeds. Recently on seedsman they cut down the stock in Europe and it's really hard to find somthing good.
In EU there are plenty of options. Ace Seeds is good, and so is Sensi Seeds, Dutch Passion, Nirvana, Royal Queen Seeds...
There are also resellers (like Seedsman that you've mentioned) with huge selections (haven't used any of them myself, though).

Not all of them ship to all countries, however. Also it's possible that you'll have to pay in cash, or wire the money upfront. I've done that with Dutch Passion and Ace Seeds and had no problems. These companies have a reputation to lose, so they're prudent.

Dutch Passion has great packaging, and Ace Seeds put in a lot of extra seeds even on top of the bonus seeds.

Hi I planted two weed seeds 2 to 3 weeks ago, one turned out to be a male plant, but the other one was female.
The temperature and humidity are okay, also the nutrients are and the light schedule whas 20 hours a day and now I set it to 19 hours a day.
It grows fairly good but it seems that it is already flowering, it seems that it is growing a tiny little bud. Is this normal? Did I do something wrong?

I'm sorry mate, but If you choose not to re-pot, from a tiny little jiffy pot, good only for seedlings. This is the result. I'd presume you'd have roots growing out the bottom of that and dieing from the light. Combined with 300w (wall draw??) its a recipe for disaster. That plant would be just as big or bigger with a shitty 50 w Amazon special.

You could pot the complete jiffy pot into a minimum 3 gal pot full of the same substrate. It'll give the roots a chance to grow and actually give some decent bud.

What others have said: the small coco pots are good for germination and seedling stage, but as soon as you see root tips grow through the walls, you need to transplant to a bigger pot. A 10L pot would be plenty, especially for auto-flowers who have a short lifespan.

A 300W light is enough to fill a medium-size tent, way overpowered for two small seedlings.

Also if you have a male plant around that releases pollen, it will with all likelihood pollinate your female plants, and you do not want that unless you are planning to make new seeds.

Now that you have them, you should keep the pollen and you can run a little breeding experiment later on. Put the pollen in an airtight container, sterilize some rice grains in the oven, and put them into the container as well (to draw out moisture, pollen need to be kept dry). Store the pollen in the freezer.
