4 tablespoons to 4 liter? I can't think of nothing you give that much of~
That's a lot of nutes~ Even for a bigger plant thats a lot of nutes.
A smaller plant takes a small dose.
Do you check the ph & ppm's of your waterings/feedings?
Are you alternating your waterings/feedings?
And let'em dry out real good in between waterings/feedings?
My diagnoses would be over watering, this is the drooping
with some nute burn this being the burnt tip and leaves edges~

i can tell by your pics that the plants are taking on almost the max fertilizer they can handle; the bright green color in the center should not be that big. your plants thankfully didnt burn... the only reason it didnt is cuz the K; it regulates water, plant respiration, plant disease. it makes plants hardy.(most important nute through whole grow)

im a very religeous about 1/2 strength commercial nutes every other watering, but i can say that the studies i read say 900ppm-1500ppm will give you the largest and fastest growth.
flora nova's npk in one dose = 7-4-10 (around 1/4 strength... not enough)
double it with 2tbsp and npk = 14-8-20 (around 1/2 strength(~900ppm~)(good))
triple it 3tbsp = 21-12-30 (around 3/4 strength ~1800ppm~ (good still, only cuz the K allows you to feed more nutes all together and still be safe!))
quadruple it 4tbsp = 28-16-40 (around 4/4 strength~2400ppm, BAD(in danger zone) not even the K will save you now))

your plant is only alive (still) beacause your K is regulating the fuck out of the salty water. this is possibly the best example of how it makes the plants hardy.

so i flushed them yesterday with water all of em they are lookin a lil better i have flora nova the 2 part nutes and i also have botanicare cnl17 or somethin like tht co co and soil formula should i continuin usin the floranova or switch to tha botanicare>>

Were they free? Should have been in that cond. Anyway its nute burn and you did that. Flush, no nutes for 2 weeks and then bring back nutes -20% str.

i know i sound dumb but -20%str? idk wht that means and will it stunt growth if i stop givin em nutes ?
so i should juss feed em with water n thats it ? for two weeks please help im a lil confused sorry for beinn such a noob.. help muchh appreciated

--Just for clarity reasons........ the npk ratio of 7-4-10 is the same as 14-8-20, 21-12-30, and 28-16-40.... That is just the ratio of each nutrient per serving.. That ratio number never changes.

Example : "1/2" is the same as "2/4", or "4/8", or "50/100" for that mater.....
