i bet in 2 yrs its fully legal and this is a non issue
 
well i can tel you Most of these New lil stipulations are not going to get signed i can tell you Out Of staters with licences will not be getting in on this due to the fact that they would contradict them selfs if they allow other card carrying stated to start coming over and buying marijuana and Vise Versa out of staters Bringing in Pot witch they DO NOT WANT!!!!!!! they will on the other hand allow us to keep growing they said that we would be Grand fathered back in. They Rasied the $150.000 in Liqiud assets to $250,000 in assets now that was done this morning in the meeting and the last vote is june 3rd we will hear about the out come june 4th So Keep your Fingers crossed!!!!

Good point! If the dispensaries make a killing like I'm guessing they will the home grow thing may not be a big deal by then or we'll have full legalization. Another guess is that when there are dispensaries you'll see the patient list triple or even quadruple. We have around 3500 patients now, 20-30K doesn't sound that unreasonable.
 
.12% of the population of the state of NV are legal mmj card holders. If all 3500 growers were in Vegas, it'd still only be .59% of the population of sin city. If those numbers accomplishing a goal don't make you believe nothing will. A lot bigger percent grow illegally of course, but I still don't get what anyone was so scared of to even try to pass the no grow clause. Way to stand up for the .1% WECAN.
 
i like the new laws this allows me to grow a Bunch in a Commercial zone unlimited number of plants!!! The Grandfather thing is also because they plan to vote for Recreational in 2016 for the state of NV
And Everyone needs to Quit Bitchen anyways yall can still grow 12 plants its not like they took your rights the fuck away. But im for these new Laws and Am happy to abide by them!!!!!

Any loopholes on getting a collective or co-op now-a-days in Nv? Hope to get some insight into newer laws. Hope to revive this thread.
